Earlier in his career Mr. Menna excelled as the Branch Office Supervisor and Investment Advisor Representative at Transamerica Corporation focusing on wealth management and retirement planning before moving on to his time at Marsh & McLennan. At Marsh, David advanced his career in the Employee Benefits Trust Services Division before he was promoted to managing the Retirement Consulting Division at Marsh's West Coast Agency in San Diego, California. Regular visits with his grandparents during holidays and special occasions further reinforced these values.
Mr. Menna's early exposure to both athletics and professional achievement in his family encouraged him to pursue excellence across multiple domains. His parents' consistent support — never enabling bad habits while encouraging positive behaviors — has been pivotal throughout his academic achievements and career advancement alike.
Also known for his civic-minded contributions, Mr. Menna serves as a volunteer with Church of the Holy Cross on Sullivan's Island in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, reflecting his commitment to giving back to his community beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial responsibilities.
