PHOENIX, AZ, August 27, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present William "Jack" Evans Jr. with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mr. Evans celebrates many years' experience in his professional network and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Evans currently serves as the chief executive officer of Corporate Capture, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, he supports real estate companies, construction companies and other types of businesses across Arizona by utilizing drones to document project progress, developing videos and reporting updates to clients, and providing aerial photography for events. His expertise as a certified professional photographer and commercial drone pilot has been instrumental in expanding the business, which now includes collaborations with clients in Florida and projects in Tucson, Arizona, that may extend into Las Vegas. Drawing on his aviation background, Mr. Evans plans to establish additional operating locations, with a long-term vision to expand Corporate Capture across multiple states.
Before launching Corporate Capture, Mr. Evans began serving as the chair of Jack Holding, Inc., overseeing strategic direction and business development initiatives since 2015. Based in the Phoenix area, he serves the aviation and transportation sectors.
Aside from these ventures, Mr. Evans was the chief executive officer of MaintenanceBest.com LLC, where he guided company operations and growth from 2018 to 2023. His leadership at Total Airport Services LLC, an industry-leading aviation service provider based out of Spring, Texas, between 2004 and 2016 marked one of his most significant achievements, which included founding the company just 18 days after a competitor acquired his previous employer and growing it from nine employees to 2,100. This accomplishment stands out as one of the most notable deals in aviation history and demonstrated Mr. Evans's ability to build successful enterprises from the ground up.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Evans contributed to national defense as part of the Joint Staff from 1991 to 1994 after previously holding the position of captain at The Pentagon within the U.S. Department of State for several years, beginning in 1981. His distinguished military service included a tenure as a colonel in the U.S. Air Force spanning over 25 years. Notably, he became the youngest colonel in the U.S. Air Force at age 41, later retiring as a wing commander at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia after commanding several bases in Panama. Following his military retirement, Mr. Evans transitioned naturally into aviation management, overseeing operations at more than 15 airports worldwide, including five in Australia, three in Bolivia, Toronto's Terminal 3, Luton Airport in London and several locations across the U.S. He later shifted focus from airport management to aviation services, ultimately leading him to establish Total Airport Services.
Mr. Evans's educational background has played a pivotal role throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University in Tempe and a master's degree in human resources management from Gonzaga University in Spokane. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in photography while collaborating with clients through this program. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Evans's professional credentials include certification as a drone pilot with a Part 107 license from the Federal Aviation Administration and recognition as a certified professional photographer. These qualifications have been central to his success in both aviation and photography ventures.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Evans has demonstrated civic commitment through volunteer work with his church. He credits his achievements to hard work, adaptability and an unwavering willingness to take on any task required for success, qualities honed through years as a pilot and further developed during his military service under the guidance of several mentors. Mr. Evans has built a family legacy rooted in achievement and service, where his son serves as a brigadier general in the U.S. Air Force and deputy commandant of the Air Force Academy, and his daughter serves as the vice president within his company.
Looking ahead, Mr. Evans intends to continue expanding Corporate Capture into new markets while maintaining operational oversight between Arizona and future locations. He encourages those entering either military or business careers to find enjoyment in their work and commit fully to their responsibilities, emphasizing that dedication is essential for success across all fields. Through decades of leadership, innovation and service, Mr. Evans continues to exemplify professional confidence, an impression he hopes will define his enduring legacy.
