Ms. Wang is the founder and president of 168 Group Inc., a diversified company with investments in retail, hospitality, beauty, commercial real estate and entertainment. Since 2008, she has helped lead the company's growth with a vision of connecting cultures, creating opportunities and strengthening communities.

Together with her late husband, Ms. Wang built the foundation of 168 Group. She credits much of her success to his love, guidance and belief in her. Today, she continues to honor the dream they built together while leading the company with the support of her business partners, leadership team and employees. She believes lasting success is built through teamwork.

Before founding 168 Group, Ms. Wang and her husband opened China One, a family-owned Chinese-American restaurant, in 1996. They later transformed a struggling grocery store into a successful business that has grown into a diversified organization serving communities across multiple industries.

In addition to her business career, Ms. Wang founded the Ricky Dong Foundation in memory of her late husband. The foundation partners with schools by providing school supplies, holiday gifts and educational resources to children in need, while supporting underserved families and women rebuilding their lives.

Ms. Wang studied at the University at Buffalo and later completed executive education at Harvard.

Inspired by her early experience as a nail technician, Ms. Wang entered the beauty industry because she believes beauty empowers people. Together with her business partners, she build the beauty brand and 168 Nail Supply to make professional beauty products more accessible and affordable. She believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful, confident and empowered.

Outside of business, Ms. Wang is a devoted mother of two sons. She remains committed to creating opportunities, developing future leaders and giving back to the community.
