SUMMIT, NJ, August 28, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bill Collins has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Collins brings nearly four decades of experience in business development, sales leadership, and client relations to his current role as Managing Partner of Preventative Care Management Solution — serving nearly 60 clients and 5,000 employees — a position he has held since 2025. He takes a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to delivering tailored benefit solutions, driven by a commitment to helping employees navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system.
He stepped into this role from his position as a partner at The Tax-Efficient Group LLC in Lindenhurst, New York (2020–2025), where he and his partners built a cutting-edge Employee Retention Credit processing platform and guided 1,500 clients through their ERC claims — work that led directly to his current focus on preventive care and benefits.
Alongside this, Mr. Collins has served as a partner at Kingsview Wealth Management in Highland Park, New Jersey, since 2019, having joined as a financial advisor in 2017 and remained in that role until 2024. There, he advised clients in the 401(k) space before pivoting that business into Tax-Efficient Group's ERC work in response to the pandemic. He came to Kingsview from American Century, where he led institutional sales and grew his book from $35 million to over $350 million in five years.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Collins held senior leadership roles at major financial institutions. As Global Head of Consulting and Implementation at Pershing in Jersey City (2010–2011), he directed international business planning and consulting initiatives while overseeing a $33 million revenue pipeline. As Managing Director of C2 Consulting (2008–2010), he advised major industry players, including T. Rowe Price, deepening his expertise in retirement consulting and marketing services.
From 2004 to 2008, he served as National Sales Manager for the Retirement Group at Merrill Lynch, where — despite limited prior management experience — he led a team of 30 and grew the business from roughly $15 billion to $36 billion in assets, a tenure he considers a defining milestone given Merrill's industry stature. He previously spent eight years as Senior Vice President at AllianceBernstein L.P. (1996–2004), earning the Sales Leader Award five times between 1998 and 2003, and as Regional Retirement Investment Sales Manager at Aetna Inc. (1989–1996). He began his career as a Money Market Specialist at Marine Midland Bank, now HSBC Group (1988–1989), implementing a new delivery system that drove significant long-term cost savings.
Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1987. He has held Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 65 licenses, along with the IAF and C(k)P designations.
Outside his professional life, Mr. Collins volunteers at St. Mark's School, his alma mater (1980–1983), and is exploring new nonprofit opportunities in his community. A father of three children, ages 22 to 27, he enjoys reading, golf, the outdoors, and time with family.
