At the outset of his professional journey, Mr. Molla pursued higher education at Polytechnic University of Tirana, earning a bachelor's degree in 1989, followed by a master's degree in structural engineering in 1991. Mr. Molla's professional qualifications are extensive. He holds a New York City Building Department Site Safety Manager, Construction Superintendent Certification and is recognized as a fire safety manager by the New York City Fire Department. Additionally, he is a certified Occupational Safety and Health Administration trainer and is board-certified as a health and safety technician, known for his dedication to the field, he has been an active member of The Associated General Contractors of America Inc.
