The decision was also shaped by personal experience investing in real estate alongside her fiancé — now husband — when they purchased two Class B multifamily properties before their wedding. Their focus on investment properties rather than single-family homes led them toward financial independence and an expanded portfolio of approximately forty-two units over time. As their success became more visible in their community, friends and acquaintances sought Ms. Fiorelli's guidance on real estate matters, prompting her to formally enter the field.
