JOHNSTOWN, CO, September 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Manuela Burtscher has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Burtscher is a strategic business leader whose career has centered on connecting people, capabilities and organizations to create sustainable growth. With more than a decade of experience across the APi Group family of companies, she has built expertise spanning business development, operations, sales leadership, organizational development and strategic collaboration. Her work has increasingly focused on creating alignment and growth opportunities across independently operated businesses while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has contributed to their success.

In January 2026, Ms. Burtscher became director of strategic collaboration for Classic Industrial Services, leading efforts to connect complementary capabilities, customer relationships and market opportunities across APi Group's diverse companies. Her work focuses on transforming collaboration from an informal activity into a scalable business capability capable of creating measurable value across the enterprise.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Burtscher spent nearly a decade advancing through business development, sales and operational leadership roles within APi Group organizations. She joined Grunau Company in 2016 in business development and later served as inspection manager, service manager and corporate inspection sales leader. Her leadership responsibilities expanded across multiple APi Group businesses, including Viking Fire Protection Group, USA Fire Protection and Twin City Garage Door.

Among her most significant professional accomplishments was helping scale a developing inspection sales organization from approximately six professionals to more than 30 representatives supporting over 20 branches across multiple operating companies. She helped establish recruiting, onboarding, coaching and sales-development programs while creating leadership structures designed to support long-term growth. The experience reinforced a leadership philosophy that successful organizations are built not only on results but also on systems that enable others to succeed.

Much of Ms. Burtscher's leadership has required influence across decentralized and matrixed organizations rather than reliance on direct authority. By building trust, aligning stakeholders and implementing practical processes, she has helped teams adopt common goals while preserving the entrepreneurial culture of their individual businesses. These experiences ultimately laid the foundation for her transition into strategic collaboration.

Ms. Burtscher began her professional career through APi Group's Leadership Development Program from 2015 to 2016. Through rotational assignments across multiple operating companies, she gained broad exposure to field operations, sales, business development, management and executive leadership. The experience provided an early understanding of how frontline execution, branch operations and enterprise strategy intersect and continues to shape her systems-oriented approach today.

Before beginning her full-time career, Ms. Burtscher completed internships with APi National Service Group in 2014, The British International School in London in 2013 and Avantce Capital in 2012. These experiences introduced her to marketing, customer development, business strategy and cross-functional project work while further strengthening her interest in relationship-driven growth and organizational development.

Ms. Burtscher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship and a Master of International Business from the University of Florida in 2015. Her international studies included coursework through the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Foundation for International Education in London. She later completed APi Group's Advanced Readiness Program, an executive leadership and business-development program conducted in conjunction with the University of St. Thomas in 2021.

While attending the University of Florida, Ms. Burtscher competed as a varsity discus thrower from 2011 to 2013 and received recognition through the Warrington College of Business Dean's List, the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll and the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarship. She credits her student-athlete experience with developing the discipline, resilience and competitive mindset that continue to influence her leadership style.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Burtscher is committed to mentorship, leadership development and expanding opportunities for emerging professionals. She served as a founding committee member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Young Professionals Central Florida chapter and has contributed to the Florida Fire Sprinkler Association Future Leaders Committee, the Lean Construction Institute Community of Practice and the ACE Mentor Program of America.

Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about helping others grow through mentorship, coaching and leadership development. She believes effective leadership is measured not only by business performance but by a leader's ability to create opportunities, build confidence and develop future leaders.

Looking ahead, Ms. Burtscher intends to continue advancing organizational performance through scalable systems, cross-functional collaboration and leadership development. She also plans to remain an advocate for women and emerging leaders in construction and business while expanding her work in organizational transformation and enterprise-wide collaboration models. Her overarching objective is to help people and organizations realize their full potential and leave them stronger than she found them.
