SAINT PAUL, MN, September 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rebecca Tuminelly has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Tuminelly is recognized for her leadership as the owner and president of Rebecca Tuminelly, operating under Impossible Kitty Enterprises Inc., doing business as Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing in Minnesota. Since acquiring the company in 2025, she has overseen all aspects of business operations, including building relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities to attract clients, managing daily functions, addressing operational issues, interacting with vendors and networking with industry professionals. Under her leadership, the company, which specializes in commercial printing of forms, laser checks and related products, has continued its legacy of more than 30 years in the industry. Ms. Tuminelly is particularly proud of her development into a leadership role within the organization, overcoming initial hesitancy to assert herself and guiding the business through a period of transition and growth.
Before entering the printing industry, Ms. Tuminelly dedicated two decades to healthcare as a respiratory therapist. From 2020 to 2023, she worked as a chronic pulmonary disease specialist at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital, where she provided specialized care for patients with complex respiratory conditions. She also educated patients, collected data and analyzed it for the program, and served on several related committees. Ms. Tuminelly previously spent over a decade as a respiratory therapist for the healthcare facility, delivering critical care and patient education on lung disease management, and conducting function testing at its Lung Center between 2008 and 2020.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Tuminelly held several roles that contributed to her expertise in healthcare and administration. She was a learning assistant at St. Catherine University from 2007 to 2008 and a healthcare assistant in the respiratory care department at Hennepin County Medical Center (now Hennepin Healthcare) during the same period. Between 2003 and 2008, she worked as a certified nursing assistant at Lakeview Health, providing direct patient support.
Ms. Tuminelly's professional journey also included experience outside healthcare. From 2001 to 2003, she gained experience as an office manager for Sioux City Blue Print Co., where she managed administrative tasks and coordinated with local printers, a role that introduced her to the printing industry. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant at Regency Square Senior Living (now The Palm at Regency Square) between 2001 and 2002. Ms. Tuminelly began her career as a trade show and marketing coordinator at Interlogix in 1999. In this capacity, she managed print materials for marketing campaigns and collaborated with various local printers, gaining valuable experience that would later inform her work in commercial printing.
Ms. Tuminelly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in respiratory care from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, earned in 2008. She also completed coursework in music at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Ms. Tuminelly is also a registered respiratory therapist from the National Board for Respiratory Care and holds advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support credentials. These qualifications supported her effectiveness as a clinician and educator during her tenure in healthcare.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tuminelly has maintained active membership in several professional organizations. She has been affiliated with the American Association for Respiratory Care since 2008 and is involved with Worldwide Women's Organization, The Entreprenista League, Girls Who Print Inc. and Printing Industry Midwest, and maintains an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau. Additionally, Ms. Tuminelly participates in activities organized by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Ms. Tuminelly's company received an Award of Recognition and two Certificates of Merit from Printing Industry Midwest. She attributes her success to her ability to listen attentively and understand others' perspectives during collaboration, a quality that has proven invaluable throughout her diverse career path. Notably, Ms. Tuminelly's transition into business ownership was influenced by changes within the healthcare system that eliminated patient education roles and by the mental health impact of working during the COVID-19 pandemic, which made returning to bedside care untenable for her. Drawing on earlier positive experiences in printing and marketing coordination, she chose to acquire Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing.
Looking ahead, Ms. Tuminelly aims to grow her business nationally by expanding service offerings, attracting new clients and increasing awareness about the ongoing relevance of print media. She also intends to continue promoting the value of her company's work in today's digital landscape.
