Ella Mitchell: A Marietta Native With a Unique Perspective

Mitchell was born and raised in Marietta and has remained closely connected to the community throughout her life. She attended Mount Paran Christian School before earning two bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia in Political Science and International Affairs. She went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025.

During law school, Mitchell served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, served as Treasurer of the Georgia Student Trial Lawyers Association, and participated in the Criminal Defense Practicum.

Her professional experience also gives her a particularly valuable perspective when representing people injured through the negligence of others. Before joining the plaintiff's side of personal injury law, Mitchell practiced insurance defense, giving her firsthand experience with how insurance companies and defendants evaluate and defend injury claims.

That experience now informs her approach to representing injured individuals and families.
