Before entering healthcare, Ms. Porcaro built a diverse career spanning technology, software, hospitality, journalism, and digital marketing. She also founded SpecialT Consulting, where she advised organizations on brand strategy, content marketing, and communications.

Ms. Porcaro's academic achievements have played a significant role in shaping her career trajectory. Before pursuing higher education, she completed her secondary education at Lynbrook High School. She later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication, business administration and marketing, magna cum laude, from Bryant University in 2012.
