Before establishing Bioeutectics, Mr. Silicaro served from 2013 to 2022 as chief executive officer of Mavider Group, a distribution company within Nortesur Group in Uruguay. During this period, he was responsible for expanding operations into Paraguay, Brazil, and Costa Rica, and for establishing a brokerage for Chinese products throughout Latin America.
From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Silicaro worked at Cargill as supply chain manager for the Southcone region within Cargill Texturizing Solutions. His tenure at Cargill began in 2003 as a semi-senior forwarder, then progressed to key account manager for Southern Cone from 2007 to 2011, and jefe de supply chain para el Conosur during the same period.
