Mr. Rogosch's professional journey of more than three decades is marked by a steadfast commitment to life-cycle design excellence and community impact. In 2024, he began serving as the senior product designer at Luxe Studio Designs, where he applies his expertise in interior and product design to support clients in the retail, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. His role involves collaborating with prominent distributors and manufacturers worldwide, leveraging his extensive background to deliver innovative solutions in tile design.

Mr. Rogosch is also the president and co-founder of Lantera, a nonprofit entity devoted to supporting mental health awareness. Under his leadership, the organization has initiated annual fundraising events aimed at establishing a mental health fund to assist individuals who cannot afford essential services. Lantera's first event attracted 60 attendees, while recent efforts have seen participation grow to nearly 200, raising close to $12,000. As the organization continues to develop, he is actively securing sponsorships and refining strategies to achieve a fundraising goal of $50,000 for 2027. His ultimate vision centers on ensuring that individuals and families who face crises or lack insurance can access vital mental health support.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Rogosch contributed as a product designer at the wholesale building material leader Mosaic Companies, focusing on tile product design for commercial and residential applications. Prior to this, he held the position of senior interior designer at ID & Design International from 2021 to 2022, during which he was involved in large-scale commercial projects across Florida.

For nearly 15 years beginning in 2007, Mr. Rogosch owned and operated R-Squared Design LLC as its creative director. During this period, he managed a retail location offering furniture, candles and other home accessories, while providing architectural and interior design services. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to complete approximately 30 to 35 custom homes annually and collaborate with major developers in Delaware, with the company achieving a remarkable year-over-year growth of 200%.

Though his career counts many milestones, one of Mr. Rogosch's proudest achievements was becoming the youngest project manager for what was then the largest construction project in the United States — Harrah's Casino in New Orleans — at age 23 in 1998. Managing over 1 million square feet for this landmark project established his reputation early in his career and set the stage for additional recognition through multiple regional design awards.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic foundation, Mr. Rogosch earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in interior design from The Art Institutes in 2013, following associate degrees in interior design and construction management from San Diego Mesa College in 2006. Earlier in his educational journey, he completed coursework in architecture at Tulane University in 2000 and obtained an associate degree in automatic computer-aided design (AutoCAD) from College of Southern Nevada in 1997.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, Mr. Rogosch is certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate, reflecting his commitment to sustainable building practices within the industry.

Civic engagement has been integral to Mr. Rogosch's life outside of work. He has volunteered with the Imperial Court System as well as The Trevor Project, which provides mental health support and crisis intervention programs for young members of the LGBTQ+ community. He also served on the board of Immanuel Shelter from 2015 to 2018, contributed as a volunteer at The Attic Youth Center for two years and participated on the event committee for the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund during the same period, underscoring his dedication to supporting vulnerable populations and fostering inclusive communities.

Born in Las Vegas, Mr. Rogosch enjoys stage performance — a passion he has pursued since 2013 — and is immensely grateful for the encouragement provided by both his parents and partner throughout his endeavors.
