ROYERSFORD, PA, September 08, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin Rexroth has been recognized for achievement in appliance parts distribution and operations management.

Mr. Rexroth's career is distinguished by a steady progression through increasingly responsible roles, each contributing to his expertise in efficiencies and process improvements.

In 2026, Mr. Rexroth was elected vice president of the Appliance Parts Distributor's Association, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. His election to this board, as well as to the board of ARP Supply Corporation in 2025, stands among his most notable achievements and underscores his prominence within the appliance parts sector.

Since 2012, Mr. Rexroth has held the position of operations manager at All Brand Appliance Parts. Over his 15 years in this role, he has managed purchasing operations, handled communications from branches and employees, resolved operational issues, processed payroll, overseen both wholesale and retail websites and developed strategies for digital presence. His responsibilities also include maintaining website content and reviewing daily business reports, ensuring the seamless operation of diverse business functions.

Notably, Mr. Rexroth's approach is characterized by a willingness to engage with every aspect of the company, from warehouse logistics to accounting processes. This comprehensive perspective enables him to understand how changes in one area can affect others and has been instrumental in driving meaningful process improvements throughout the organization.

Additionally, Mr. Rexroth has served as a purchasing manager at All Brand Appliance Parts since 2011. In this capacity, he demonstrated initiative by taking on new responsibilities without waiting for direction, which led his supervisor to recognize his management potential. From 2006 to 2011, he contributed as inventory maintenance and special projects coordinator at the same company, further deepening his operational knowledge and versatility by working across various departments including warehouse operations and customer service at the counter.

Mr. Rexroth's professional journey began even earlier with a part-time role as porter and cashier at Facenda Whitaker Lanes from 2004 to 2007 during his teenage years. This early experience instilled a strong work ethic that would later define his approach to leadership.

Beyond daily operations, Mr. Rexroth is committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where open dialogue is encouraged at all levels of the organization. He prioritizes creating a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas without fear of retribution, believing that collaboration and diverse perspectives are essential for organizational success.

Academically, Mr. Rexroth earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a focus on software engineering from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2011. His academic journey included recognition on the Dean's List, reflecting both diligence and academic achievement. Although he initially pursued software engineering, he soon realized his strengths lay elsewhere and transitioned fully into business operations at All Brand Appliance Parts. The analytical skills developed during his studies have been invaluable in optimizing workflows and implementing technological solutions within the company.

A strong work ethic has been central to Mr. Rexroth's success — arriving early, staying late and pursuing new ideas rather than waiting for approval, often earning support by presenting results first. He encourages younger professionals to be patient, noting that good things take time and that consistent effort pays off. He also advises seasoned professionals that, despite today's trend toward job-hopping, staying with one company for five to 10 years often brings more substantial long-term growth and stability.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Rexroth is married to Mary Kate (Ryan) and is the father of two daughters, Juliana and Luna. The family also includes Stella, their Labrador-Shepherd mix adopted from a friend. Bowling remains a central passion; having bowled for more than two decades since age 12, he continues to participate actively in leagues and events. Mr. Rexroth earned his membership in the Professional Bowlers Association in 2025 and since 2026, he has served as a staff team member at Pure It Bowling, where his involvement reflects his enduring passion for the sport.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rexroth aspires toward ownership within All Brand Appliance Parts, aiming to further contribute to its growth and stability while advancing the broader appliance parts industry. He is passionate about educating consumers regarding the critical role this sector plays in everyday life — particularly concerning supply chain challenges and the risks associated with low-quality aftermarket parts — and seeks to elevate awareness about its significance among the general public.
