CLERMONT, FL, September 08, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Samuel Grace has been recognized for achievement in aviation operations and project management.

Mr. Grace has established himself as an expert in project management, aviation flight simulation training and military aviation operations. In 2023, he advanced to the role of project manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. In this capacity, he manages a $60 million budget across multiple aviation simulator platforms, leads a team of 30 employees and subcontractors and coordinates with government customers to ensure contract compliance.

In addition, Mr. Grace's responsibilities include monitoring schedules and deliverables, identifying and mitigating project risks, maintaining customer relations and expectations and ensuring contract adherence while meeting customer needs. Mr. Grace credits his ability to manage these significant responsibilities to the unwavering support of his wife and three daughters, emphasizing that his career achievements are a direct reflection of their encouragement.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Grace served as senior training specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2022 to 2023. In this role, he facilitated flight school training for aviation students using flight simulators, helping to prepare the next generation of Army aviation professionals. Before joining General Dynamics Information Technology, he worked as a fuels supervisor at ASRC Federal in 2021 after separating from the United States Army. This position marked his initial transition into civilian employment.

From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Grace held the title of aviation operations manager with the 1st Battalion 11th Aviation Regiment at the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence. He was responsible for overseeing aviation operations during this period. Between 2019 and 2020, he served as senior aviation operations manager for the 1st Battalion 228th Aviation Regiment within Joint Task Force Bravo, where he contributed to a humanitarian mission in Honduras.

Mr. Grace's earlier military career included serving as aviation operations supervisor with the 1st Battalion 212th Aviation Regiment at the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence from 2016 to 2019. In 2016, he was a flight operations supervisor for the 5th Battalion 101st Aviation Regiment in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Grace served as an aviation operations supervisor in Jalalabad, Afghanistan with Task Force Eagle Assault in the same division.

Mr. Grace's educational background has played a pivotal role in shaping his professional journey. He earned a Master of Science in project management and operations from Southern New Hampshire University in 2026 and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in multi/interdisciplinary studies from Troy University, completed in 2023.

In addition to his degrees, Mr. Grace has obtained several certifications that have furthered his expertise. He earned the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2026, valid through 2032. He also holds a General Radiotelephone Operator License with PG Ship Radar Endorsement from the Federal Communications Commission, issued in 2019 and received Foundation Instructor Facilitator Certification from the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence in 2017.

Mr. Grace attributes his success to his faith in God and the steadfast support of his family. He often reflects on how opportunities provided by others have shaped his path and feels indebted to those who have helped him advance professionally. The encouragement from his wife and daughters remains central to his achievements, both personally and professionally. Mr. Grace approaches his work with a commitment to humility and continuous learning, prioritizing active listening as a core professional practice.

Throughout his career, Mr. Grace has maintained active involvement in civic-minded organizations and volunteer initiatives. As volunteer coordinator for the 1st Battalion 212th Aviation Regiment from 2017 to 2020, he organized various service activities that benefited both military personnel and local communities.

Mr. Grace's military service has been distinguished by numerous honors, including the Humanitarian Service Medal from the United States Army in 2020 for his work during a mission to Honduras. Additional decorations include the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Service Medal.

Born in Tallahassee, however, raised in Royal, Florida. Mr. Grace enjoys spending time working out, attending family activities and supporting his daughters' interests in volleyball and soccer. He is most proud of being a devoted husband and father, considering these roles as his greatest accomplishments above all professional accolades. Looking ahead, Mr. Grace plans to pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration and aspires to become a Program Manager while continuing to grow as a project manager and leader within his field.
