He is also the founder and chief executive officer of Necomitt Academy in Dallas, where he has contributed to educational and professional development opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals.

Earlier in his career, from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Cole worked as a professional photographer with J.C Photos and Digital Design in Dallas. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Cole serves as president of the Necomitt Foundation, a nonprofit organization he has led since 2018. Happily married and a proud father of two sons and two daughters, Mr. Cole enjoys traveling, community service and playing soccer outside of his professional responsibilities.
