For the past two years, he has served as the vice president of content strategy and development for XR and artificial intelligence (AI) at The Walt Disney Company. In this capacity, Mr. Bozon leads content strategy for Disney's Office of Technology Enablement, coordinating cross-company initiatives that span Studios, Imagineering, ESPN, National Geographic and Gaming.

Mr. Bozon's role encompasses developing strategic roadmaps for Disney's future use of XR, smart glasses, headsets and other emerging technologies. Additionally, he oversees greenlit projects from concept through prototyping and development, directs a team dedicated to building and validating new technology experiences and guides cross-functional efforts to advance technology-driven initiatives across the organization.

Before his current role, Mr. Bozon was the vice president of creative for next-generation storytelling at The Walt Disney Company from 2022 to 2023. This group was established during the Metaverse boom with a focus on creating interconnected ecosystems and innovative storytelling experiences. Mr. Bozon's leadership contributed to Disney's ongoing exploration of XR and smart glasses technology, further cementing his reputation as an expert in technology and consumer experience.

Before joining Disney, Mr. Bozon spent over a decade at Apple Inc., where he became one of the original hires for games at the company. His tenure began as a games editorial programmer from 2010 to 2014, followed by roles as senior games editor between 2014 and 2016 and games editorial lead for App Store Today from 2016 to 2018. In these positions, Mr. Bozon played a pivotal role in shaping the editorial direction of the App Store's gaming content. In 2018, he became a creative producer for Apple Arcade, then advanced to manager of creative production between 2020 and 2021 and a games creative director for Apple Arcade from 2021 to 2022. As a founding member of Apple Arcade, Mr. Bozon ensured that the platform featured top-quality games from leading developers. In his final years at Apple, he set up content strategy for Apple Vision Pro, shaping launch experiences that showcased cutting-edge technology in the gaming and XR space.

Mr. Bozon's professional journey began in games journalism and development. He was a lead reviews editor at Electronic Gaming Monthly in 2010 after spending six years as a Nintendo editor at IGN Entertainment from 2005 to mid-2010. His early industry experience also included game design, level design, and production at WayForward Technologies between 1996 and 2010. Notably, Mr. Bozon's entry into the gaming field started at age 12 when he contributed to game development projects associated with his brother during spring breaks and summer vacations, earning early credits in game development before being old enough for formal employment.

Throughout more than three decades in gaming and entertainment, Mr. Bozon has consistently positioned himself at the forefront of innovation. He played a role in covering the release of the Nintendo Wii for IGN.com, then the world's most popular gaming console, before transitioning to Apple during the rise of the App Store. Mr. Bozon later helped launch initiatives such as Apple Arcade and Apple Vision Pro, both focused on advancing new cutting edge technology. At Disney, his work continues to push boundaries in XR and it's convergence with emerging tech such as AI.

Mr. Bozon's educational background included coursework at Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Initially awarded a music scholarship, he soon realized that his interests lay elsewhere and switched to business studies before ultimately choosing to leave academia altogether. This decision reflected Mr. Bozon's commitment to pursuing passion over convention. He relocated to California determined to build his career through hands-on experience rather than traditional academic credentials.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Bozon has served as a board member for Indie Collective within the International Game Developers Association since 2020 and maintains active membership in this influential organization.
