TORRANCE, CA, September 09, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anya Juvasvat has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Juvasvat has established herself as a transformative, mission-driven leader in organizational growth and development, particularly through her current role as chief operating officer of Dream Home Care Inc. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has been instrumental in modernizing its operations and guiding its evolution into a California Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program providing integrated mental health services to boys in foster care.
At Dream Home Care Inc., Ms. Juvasvat oversees operations across three residential facilities with a combined capacity of 18 youth and a workforce of approximately 55 employees. She collaborates with leaders in clinical services, residential operations, human resources, compliance, finance and technology to strengthen employee engagement, organizational performance and service delivery. Her accomplishments include restructuring key administrative functions, improving employee onboarding and retention, modernizing workforce systems and helping renew critical contracts with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and Department of Mental Health.
During her tenure, Ms. Juvasvat played a pivotal role in guiding the organization through regulatory changes requiring group homes to transition into comprehensive therapeutic programs. She led efforts to secure state licensure and national accreditation, helped establish the organization's first clinical mental health infrastructure and supported its certification to provide Medi-Cal-funded behavioral health services. She also implemented COVID-19 safety protocols to protect frontline employees and residents while preserving continuity of care.
Following a cyberattack that disrupted the organization's former electronic record system, Ms. Juvasvat helped lead an accelerated migration of client and billing information to the Welligent electronic health record platform in approximately 60 days. She also modernized payroll, training and performance-management systems through the implementation of Paycor, Relias and Teamflect. In addition, she introduced a trauma-informed workplace philosophy designed to promote accountability, mutual respect and psychological safety.
Ms. Juvasvat has implemented operational reforms that improved efficiency, accountability and organizational capacity. She strengthened purchasing and financial controls, expanded the program's licensed capacity from 16 to 18 beds and developed recruitment pipelines intended to prevent staffing shortages from delaying youth admissions. She also supported structured summer programming that contributed to a period with no reported behavioral incidents.
In 2026, Ms. Juvasvat launched DHC CARES, a wellness and resilience initiative created to provide employees with accessible coaching, encouragement and practical support. She is also developing Roadmap, an emerging artificial intelligence-enabled treatment guidance and outcomes concept intended to help youth, families, service providers, supervisors and organizational leaders better understand progress over time. Her vision is to help behavioral health organizations move beyond documenting services toward interpreting progress, aligning treatment goals and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
The impact of Ms. Juvasvat's leadership was meaningfully reflected during Dream Home Care's 2025 Christmas celebration, when a youth in foster care publicly expressed gratitude for the support provided by Ms. Juvasvat and her team.
Before assuming her current position, Ms. Juvasvat worked as a regional packaging manager supporting Neutrogena at Schawk in 2018. From 2014 to 2018, she served as an account manager supporting Nestlé at SGS & Co., where she further developed her expertise in large-scale project execution, cross-functional coordination and client relationship management.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Juvasvat spent five years with California Baby, from 2009 to 2014. After initially joining the company to update its packaging design, she was promoted to creative services manager. In this capacity, she managed initiatives involving marketing, sales support, special events, website development, e-commerce and social media for the pioneering natural personal care brand.
From 2008 to 2009, Ms. Juvasvat served as marketing manager and designer at David Tishbi Inc., where she oversaw branding and promotional activities. Between 2005 and 2008, she worked as a marketing coordinator at Providence Little Company of Mary. There, she contributed to major rebranding initiatives, including the development of a humorous emergency department campaign in collaboration with the marketing director and the launch of the "One Word" campaign for the oncology department. She began her professional career in 2005 as an off-air promotions intern with The Walt Disney Company's SOAPnet division in Burbank.
Ms. Juvasvat earned a bachelor's degree in art and marketing from California State University, Long Beach, in 2008. She also completed project management certification coursework through UCLA Extension. Her education provided a strong foundation in creative strategy, project execution and operational leadership, enabling her to excel across a diverse range of industries and leadership roles.
Ms. Juvasvat's innovative work has earned her several distinctions, including the Golden Apple Award for Viral Visionary from Junior Achievement of New York and recognition for a social media campaign she developed for David Tishbi Inc.
Reflecting on her career, Ms. Juvasvat attributes much of her success to her desire to serve as a strong role model for her two sons. Through her example, she teaches them never to underestimate themselves or discount the value of their experiences. She believes every challenge and achievement contributes to an individual's growth and future capacity to lead.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Juvasvat has participated in community initiatives associated with Nestlé, volunteered with the Hollywood Mission's Thanksgiving meal program and supported breast cancer awareness activities.
Outside of work, Ms. Juvasvat enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her sons in their tennis and golf pursuits. Looking ahead, she intends to continue helping mission-driven organizations modernize, scale and improve their impact while advancing innovation at the intersection of behavioral health, operational leadership, artificial intelligence and outcomes measurement. Remaining active in the nonprofit sector is especially meaningful to Ms. Juvasvat because of its inspiring missions and purpose-driven work.
