His work includes developing go-to-market strategies, building a comprehensive sales playbook, and hiring, training, coaching and mentoring sales professionals. He continually strengthens the company's revenue infrastructure by building and optimizing scalable processes, developing its revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and ZoomInfo, and providing ongoing staff development in solution selling, prospecting, cold calling and territory planning.
Mr. Peloquin leads by example and remains directly involved in the work he expects of his team. In addition to setting strategy and managing performance, he actively prospects, develops opportunities and engages directly with prospective and existing clients to support the company's new business and renewal goals. Mr. Peloquin has contributed to more than $12 million in personal new and renewal sales during his tenure while helping Penda Learning navigate growth, organizational change and an evolving K-12 education technology market.
During Mr. Peloquin's executive tenure, Penda Learning earned significant industry recognition. The company received two CODiE Awards over a two-year period: Best Gamification in a Learning Tool in 2025 and Best Science Instructional Solution in 2026. Mr. Peloquin played a leading role in developing the company's award submissions and presenting its products and impact as part of the evaluation process.

Before becoming chief revenue officer, Mr. Peloquin served as chief operating officer of Penda Learning from 2019 to 2024. In that role, he developed and executed operational strategies supporting the company's people, products, clients and continued growth. His responsibilities included strengthening internal systems, improving cross-functional execution and building organizational capacity to support the company's evolving needs.
From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Peloquin served as chief executive officer of Penda Learning, leading the organization through pivotal years of development and expansion. His progression through chief executive, chief operating and chief revenue roles has provided him with an uncommon understanding of how strategy, operations and revenue must work together to move an organization forward.
From 2016 to 2019, he concurrently served as chief operating officer of SAM Learning, Penda's former parent company, based in London, United Kingdom. The international role broadened his operational leadership experience and gave him additional perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing education companies serving different markets.
Earlier in his education technology career, Mr. Peloquin worked with ExploreLearning. He managed a team of implementation coordinators from 2014 to 2015 after serving as a project manager from 2012 to 2014. In these roles, he supported product implementation and professional learning initiatives designed to help educators use digital instructional resources successfully. This experience continues to inform his belief that generating a sale is only the beginning of the client relationship and that sustainable revenue depends on successful implementation, demonstrated value and strong client outcomes.
Mr. Peloquin began his career in public education. From 2010 to 2012, he served as a new-teacher mentor and peer evaluator with Hillsborough County Public Schools in Tampa, providing guidance, coaching and evaluation to educators entering the profession. He previously taught middle school science in Hillsborough County Public Schools from 2007 to 2010 and in Pinellas County Schools from 2004 to 2007.
His classroom experience established the foundation for his enduring commitment to science education and STEM advocacy. It also gave him a practitioner's understanding of the demands placed on teachers, school leaders and district administrators, a perspective that has remained central to his work throughout his education technology career.
Mr. Peloquin remains dedicated to advancing high-quality science instruction and expanding access to effective learning resources. He actively engages with professional associations serving K-12 science leaders, leaders responsible for federal programs and Title I, and school and district administrators.
He earned a Master of Science in administration and supervision, with a concentration in educational leadership, from National Louis University in Chicago in 2008. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in marine science, with a concentration in biology, from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, which he completed in 2004.
A significant milestone in Mr. Peloquin's professional development was his selection for a NASA fellowship, through which he earned the STEM Certificate with Research Distinction from Teachers College, Columbia University, in 2011. He was also selected and participated alongside science educators from across the country in the Honeywell Educators at Space Academy program in 2009 and Advanced Space Academy in 2011.
Among his professional honors, Mr. Peloquin was a 2009 nominee for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. He was also named Science Teacher of the Year for Hillsborough County Public Schools, one of the nation's top 10 largest school districts, and Teacher of the Year at Madeira Beach Middle School in Pinellas County Schools. Additionally, he was nominated for Disney's American Teacher Awards. These distinctions reflect his commitment to instructional excellence, educator leadership and student achievement.
Born and raised in Windham, Connecticut, Mr. Peloquin attributes much of his success to the strong personal foundation provided by his family. His parents, who valued higher education despite not having attended college themselves, emphasized discipline, goal setting and academic excellence, instilling in him a lifelong appreciation for education's transformative power. He is equally grateful for the unwavering support of his longtime partner, Jer, whose encouragement, understanding and willingness to provide the time and space necessary for Mr. Peloquin to pursue demanding professional goals have been instrumental throughout his career.

He applies that standard when leading teams, developing organizational systems, evaluating performance and mentoring others. An animal lover with two golden retrievers, he is especially passionate about organizations that protect and care for dogs. He also gives his time where he can make a direct, personal impact, regularly assisting family members, friends, neighbors and others within his local community.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Peloquin enjoys home improvement projects, landscaping, gardening and playing the piano. He also appreciates art, live concerts and performances, and travel, particularly international travel that allows him to experience different cultures and cuisines.
