Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Edem served as an application programming interface (API) integration specialist on the cloud and data analytics team at Advantage Solutions from 2025 to 2026, where she contributed to cloud-based integrations, workflow automation and data initiatives supporting enterprise clients. From 2024 to 2025, she served as a lead .NET developer at Banner Health, contributing to technology initiatives designed to strengthen system integration, communication and patient engagement.

From 2023 to 2024, Ms. Edem worked as an Azure consultant for Publix Super Markets, contributing to cloud transformation efforts aimed at improving digital experiences for retail customers. Before that, she spent two years as a .NET Azure consultant at the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), gaining valuable experience in international technology environments. From 2020 to 2021, she served as a technical consultant at Microsoft, further strengthening her expertise in Microsoft technologies while contributing to initiatives focused on scalability, performance and enterprise solutions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Edem held technology and consulting roles with Walmart USA, FM Global Inc., XTO Energy, Sigma Aldrich, Dharav Info Solutions and Sri Vasudha Tek Solutions. These experiences helped establish a strong foundation in software development, cloud technologies, database solutions and Agile delivery while progressively expanding her technical and leadership responsibilities.

Complementing her professional experience, Ms. Edem earned a Master of Science in computer software engineering from International Technological University in 2017 and a master's degree in computer science engineering from Aurora Technological and Research Institute under Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) in 2012. She previously earned a Bachelor of Technology in computer science engineering from Princeton College of Engineering, also under JNTUH, in 2007.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Ms. Edem holds multiple Microsoft certifications in Azure administration, architecture and cloud technologies, along with professional certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
