DREXEL HILL, PA, September 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chantelle St.Clair has been recognized for achievement in marketing, creative strategy and music industry leadership.
Mrs. St.Clair's career reflects a dynamic trajectory shaped by her expertise in the music and creative industries, the creator economy, and marketing and creative strategy. In 2026, she founded St.Clair Creative, where she serves as CEO and a creative strategist. In this role, she is responsible for advising and consulting with small businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and brands to create marketing systems that connect brand, product, and community. She creates go-to-market strategies, develops brand foundations, and designs community programs with a distinct focus on intentional story development. Her entrepreneurial drive is hard-coded from her upbringing and evident as she leads her company into new ventures within the creative sector.
Earlier in 2026, Mrs. St.Clair held the position of head of marketing and community at SHiFT, further expanding her influence in the creative and mental health space. From 2024 to 2026, she was director of marketing for Songtrust and Downtown Music Publishing, where she played a pivotal role in brand and digital marketing for both the company and its catalog. During this period, she collaborated with songwriters, who contributed to major artists' works, as well as brand partnerships, highlighting her ability to navigate complex industry relationships.
Mrs. St.Clair's tenure at Downtown Music Holdings also included serving as president of CARE (Connection, Advocacy, Resources, and Education) from 2023 to 2026, where she supported employee resource group initiatives by facilitating awareness and community around workplace wellness. As the director of brand and content marketing at Songtrust between 2023 and 2024 and director of creative content from 2022 to 2023, she led teams in developing impactful content and educational resources for music publishing clients. Her earlier roles at Songtrust included senior content producer from 2021 to 2022 and marketing communications manager between 2018 and 2021.
Among Mrs. St.Clair's most significant achievements was the creation and launch of a client rewards and community program for publishing clients in 2025. This innovative program connected clients with trusted brands and industry partners, offering support beyond traditional publishing services. The gamified approach provided unique deals and services that helped artists advance their careers. Mrs. St.Clair managed the research and development for the beta program, along with overseeing the official launch, which received strong positive feedback and continues to benefit artists today.
Another of Mrs. St.Clair's milestones was her involvement in building out the educational pillar at Songtrust. Here, she developed website content, blog articles, resources, and virtual education initiatives that empowered artists with knowledge to navigate their careers more effectively.
Mrs. St.Clair's entrepreneurial spirit first emerged when she founded Jaci Clair Photography in 2013, operating the business until 2019. This experience as a photographer laid the foundation for her later ventures in creative entrepreneurship. Prior to entering the music industry, she gained valuable experience in sales and marketing within startups, including roles as marketing manager at Appfigures from 2017 until 2018 and demand and marketing strategist between 2016 and 2017.
Mrs. St.Clair's early professional journey began with a series of roles that helped shape her diverse skill set, including a lead generation specialist position from 2015 to 2016 and a stint as a digital strategist at Biene Solutions Technology Inc. in 2015. That same year, she gained further experience as a junior account executive at Auster Agency and as an assistant creative business development at Flavorlab, while also serving as a music supervisor assistant at Flavorlab Producer's Toolbox from 2014 to 2015.
Mrs. St.Clair's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in applied psychology, along with a double minor in American Sign Language and Studio Arts from New York University in New York City, earned in 2015. She has since pursued continuous professional development through certifications such as completing a Marketing Mini-MBA and Building OKRs from Section in 2024; Miro Essentials, Collaborative Meetings and Mapping & Diagramming from Miro in 2023; How to Lead an Operational Marketing Team from The Next CMO in 2023; and Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in 2021. She is also currently an advisory panel member for Thomas Jefferson University's Strategic Customer Experience Design Course for 2026.
Reflecting on her career, Mrs. St.Clair attributes her success primarily to the unwavering support of family, friends and her professional network. She values listening first, a skill honed since childhood, which helps her understand how best to contribute in any environment. Giving back is also central to her philosophy; she regularly mentors others by conducting informational interviews or reviewing resumes, and looking for ways to give me in her community.
Mrs. St.Clair's decision to establish St.Clair Creative followed the acquisition of her previous employer, a turning point that prompted reflection on her decade-long career and a renewed focus on entrepreneurship inspired by her family's legacy. She seeks to help organizations return to fundamental marketing principles while emphasizing intentionality and human connection within their strategies.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Mrs. St.Clair is dedicated to civic engagement through volunteer work with organizations such as the local University City Garden Club, animal conservation groups, and mental health advocacy efforts focused on suicide prevention in Philadelphia. She has also volunteered with Lenox Hill Neighborhood House since 2013 and is committed to mentorship initiatives that support emerging talent.
Mrs. St.Clair's contributions have been recognized with honors such as Student Employee of the Month for the athletic department at New York University in 2014. She has served as a panel speaker at industry conferences, including those organized by Music Biz, where she has worked directly with artists on brand marketing topics.
Born in Trier, Mrs. St.Clair enjoys gardening with members of her local community alongside her mother. Looking ahead, she plans to expand her advisory and consulting business by building a robust client roster that includes retained organizations, as well as collaborations with small businesses and creative entrepreneurs — particularly craftspeople and artisans seeking greater market presence. She aims to provide these entrepreneurs with accessible resources so they can focus on growing their businesses while also becoming more integrated into the community through mentorship programs for youth interested in entrepreneurship or business education.
Mrs. St.Clair remains curious and eager to learn, believing that no amount of experience will ever leave her feeling like she knows everything. She sees this mindset as central to her ongoing growth and considers herself a perpetual student, a philosophy she encourages others to embrace as well. She is equally intentional about the work she takes on and the people she partners with, focusing on staying aligned with her values and collaborating with those who share, or at least honor, their own principles rather than rushing into decisions without careful consideration.
