Ms. Rosenberg currently serves as chief experience and digital officer at Forward Thinkers, a marketing and digital branding agency she co-owns with her husband. Since 2025, she has led the company's customer-facing operations, overseeing daily activities to ensure all internal departments align with contractual commitments. Her responsibilities include leading all customer calls, managing operational workflows, and monitoring each department to guarantee teams meet client deadlines and fulfill assigned tasks. Ms. Rosenberg also tracks statements of work and service-level agreements, ensuring Forward Thinkers consistently delivers on its promises to customers. This operational rigor has fueled a period of organic expansion for the agency, driven by strategic networking, trade show participation, and inbound leads from professionals seeking her expertise in sales and customer success. As Forward Thinkers enters a proactive growth phase by investing in paid media advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google and Bing, Ms. Rosenberg's specialized digital team is leveraging validated go-to-market strategies to capture broader commercial market share.
Before rejoining Forward Thinkers full-time, Ms. Rosenberg served as a senior account manager and national sales executive at an automated retail company from 2022 to 2025. In this role, she managed key national accounts and applied her expertise in sales, customer experience, and strategic relationship management to drive business development and growth. Her ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver results contributed to the organization's continued success.
From 2021 to 2022, Ms. Rosenberg served as lead national account manager for a food manufacturing company. She managed large-scale client relationships and supported business growth through strategic account development and sales initiatives. Working cross-functionally, she strengthened customer relationships, improved the client experience, and supported long-term retention.
In 2020, Ms. Rosenberg served as a logistics and customer service manager for a health and wellness company. She coordinated logistics and day-to-day operations while overseeing high-level customer service, further developing her expertise in operational management, process coordination, and customer experience.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Rosenberg spent more than a decade as a district manager in the food service industry from 2009 to 2020. She oversaw multiple locations and several commissary operations throughout Texas, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff recruitment and training, customer experience, operational efficiency, and food safety compliance. She also earned NSF food safety certification, further supporting her leadership in maintaining high operational and safety standards. This experience established a strong foundation in multi-location operations, team leadership, process management, food safety, and customer relationship development.
Ms. Rosenberg began her management career as a general manager in the restaurant industry in Texas from 2006 to 2009. In this role, she directed day-to-day restaurant operations, supervised and developed staff, maintained high standards for customer service and food safety, and helped ensure operational efficiency. This experience provided an early foundation in team leadership, customer experience, compliance, and hands-on business operations that continued throughout her career.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rosenberg has established expertise in sales, customer success, marketing and digital strategy, go-to-market planning, business growth, metrics and data analysis, leadership and culture, operational management, and customer-facing strategy. Her broad experience across multiple industries has given her a well-rounded perspective on business operations, customer relationships, growth strategy, and organizational leadership.
Ms. Rosenberg earned a high school diploma after attending school in Austin. Although she did not have the opportunity to pursue a formal university education due to family responsibilities and financial constraints, she advanced professionally through hands-on experience and online coursework. She holds several industry certifications that have supported her career progression: Level I certification from the SQF Institute, certified Texas food manager, and NSF-IFSEA HACCP manager certification from NSF International (formerly National Sanitation Foundation) — International Food Service Executives Association (IFSEA). These credentials have enabled her to excel in food safety management and operational oversight roles throughout her professional journey.
The strong women who helped raise her shaped the foundation of Ms. Rosenberg's work ethic. During her early childhood, her mother worked tirelessly as a single parent raising four children and ensuring the family had what they needed. As Ms. Rosenberg grew older, her oldest sister also took on a significant role in raising and supporting her. Watching both women work hard, make sacrifices, and remain committed to their family instilled in Ms. Rosenberg a deep sense of responsibility, perseverance, and gratitude. She credits these formative experiences with shaping the determination, resilience, and strong work ethic that have guided her throughout her personal and professional life.
Before the pandemic, Three Boys Strong had already been established as the family's parent company. During the pandemic, Ms. Rosenberg stepped in to help manage the company's consulting business, working alongside her husband. Together, they began consulting for businesses by developing structural documentation, strengthening operational processes, and improving leadership culture. Their early success led one client to recruit Ms. Rosenberg for a full-time leadership role outside the company. During the approximately three years she spent away, the consulting business continued to gain momentum under her husband's direction. In 2024, the family business evolved into Forward Thinkers with their two sons, creating the company and brand it operates under today. Ms. Rosenberg later returned full-time to provide critical internal leadership as chief experience and digital officer, with responsibility spanning customer experience, digital strategy, business operations, and organizational growth.
Ms. Rosenberg's commitment to giving back is deeply rooted in her own life experiences. Growing up in Austin, her family worked hard to make ends meet, and during the holidays they received support through the Travis County Sheriff's Office Brown Santa Program, which helped provide Christmas gifts and other necessities for local families. Remembering what that support meant to her as a child, Ms. Rosenberg has continued the tradition of giving as an adult by donating toys and adopting families in need during the Christmas and Thanksgiving seasons.
Her connection to Planned Parenthood is equally personal. After moving out on her own at age seventeen, Ms. Rosenberg worked full-time but could not afford health insurance and earned too much to qualify for many forms of financial assistance. As a young woman living independently, she turned to Planned Parenthood when she needed access to affordable health care and support. The compassion and resources she received during that period left a lasting impression and shaped her appreciation for organizations that provide care to individuals who may otherwise fall through gaps in the health care system. Today, she remains a strong supporter of its mission and the role it plays in helping women access needed care.
Outside of work, Ms. Rosenberg enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three dogs: Georgia, a sheep doodle; Bubs, a black lab; and Freyja, a newly adopted rescue dog. Together, they enjoy hiking, skiing in the winters, biking, and exploring Colorado's mountains on demanding backcountry trails involving thousand-foot inclines. This active lifestyle reflects their shared love of nature, adventure, and embracing new challenges.
Born and raised in South Austin, Ms. Rosenberg never imagined leaving Texas until travel experiences with her husband inspired a move to Colorado for its outdoor opportunities and peaceful environment. After initially resisting relocation due to loyalty to Texas, despite its heat and urban challenges, she embraced Colorado living wholeheartedly, even insisting on shoveling snow herself rather than hiring help, ultimately finding fulfillment in a small-town life focused on family and nature.
Ms. Rosenberg and her husband have shared seven years together and recently celebrated their first year of marriage. They share a close-knit family that includes their two sons, who often join them in their outdoor adventures. Their family endured a profound loss this year with the passing of one of their children, making an already challenging year especially personal. At the same time, Forward Thinkers faced its own period of change and adversity. Through it all, Ms. Rosenberg and her husband have remained committed to moving forward with resilience, purpose, and an even greater determination to strengthen the company they have built together.
Together, they remain dedicated not only to scaling Forward Thinkers through strategic acquisition and thoughtful growth, but also to preserving its close-knit culture one that prioritizes employee well-being, meaningful relationships, and the individual lives behind the business rather than pursuing unchecked corporate expansion.
Looking ahead, Ms. Rosenberg aims to expand Forward Thinkers' reach while protecting the values that have shaped the company from the beginning. Her long-term vision centers on building a strong, sustainable organization where employees feel supported, clients remain personally connected to the team, and growth is measured not only by revenue but by stability, opportunity, and the quality of the relationships the company creates. Her leadership reflects a career shaped by resilience, adaptability, and real-world experience.
