MINNEAPOLIS–ST. PAUL, MN, September 15, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Exit Planning Institute® (EPI) Twin Cities Metro Area Chapter will host annual Business Owner Forum: "Exit Readiness by Design Preparing for the Inevitable: Aligning Business, Personal & Financial Preparedness." The event will take place at Midland Hills Country Club, located at 2001 Fulham Street, Roseville, MN 55113 and will run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 7.

This year's event will bring together business owners and advisors to explore how owners can proactively align their business strengths, personal goals, and financial security. The forum will include lessons from advisors and business owners on strengthening value drivers, reducing risk exposure, navigating succession realities, and coordinating advisors around a clear transition strategy.

"Our forum is designed to encourage conversations between business owners and exit planning advisors on how to align business, personal and financial goals to ensure exit readiness," said Todd Krough, CEPA®, President of EPI Twin Cities Metro Area. "The agenda was designed so that owners and advisors will better understand how to work together to strengthen enterprise value, mitigate owner risk, and align transition planning with long-term personal and financial goals."

Business owner attendees will gain clarity on how to maximize business value and minimize regret when planning for their eventual business transitions. Exit planning professionals, including financial advisors, business consultants and more, will gain insight into guiding more effective exit conversations with business owner clients.
