RALEIGH, NC, September 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Justin Nealis has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Nealis currently serves as the owner and managing director of Perfect Timing Insurance, a role he has held since 2023. In this capacity, he manages a substantial portfolio of clients, supports local businesses and educates individuals about their insurance options. He guides each person through the meticulous process of selecting a plan that meets their needs. He is known for his daily outreach at Walmart locations, where he sets up a booth and engages with 100 to 200 people each day. His responsibilities also include scheduling appointments and ensuring that every client receives personalized attention. His dedication to client service and his ability to build strong relationships have contributed significantly to his success in the insurance industry.
Before establishing Perfect Timing Insurance, Mr. Nealis worked at Fresh-Aire UV, which began in 2020 when he was hired as a Regional Sales Manager by the company's co-founder. Just two weeks into his new role, the COVID-19 pandemic dramatically increased demand for Fresh-Aire UV's ultraviolet germicidal lights, which are used inside commercial air handlers to kill bacteria and viruses. Sales surged by 500 percent during this period, and Mr. Nealis played a key role in overseeing operations across Florida, the Southeast and eventually 13 states spanning into the Midwest. His leadership during this time helped him earn recognition as a top manager and one of the top salesmen at Fresh-Aire UV.
From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Nealis owned and operated a phone repair business, SoFlo iRepair, in South Florida, working as an electronic repair technician. He rented space for his business, generating $10,000 in sales per month within the first 3 months. He became a staple in the community and was well known for his reputation and service. He continued this venture for five years before closing the shop in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nealis served as the Portable Power Manager for MaxaVision Technologies in Tequesta, Florida from 2012 to 2013. In this role, he managed the distribution of Mil Spec battery technology, solar panels, and fuel cells to many branches of the US military and government, and distribution companies across the US. In addition, he managed portable solar energy kits developed through Prosper Gear — a company he co-founded in 2012 alongside a childhood friend. Prosper Gear focused on creating portable solar energy solutions for soldiers to power electronic devices while deployed in the field. Mr. Nealis dedicated over a year to product development before launching the kits in 2011, collaborating closely with MaxaVision Technologies and Global Solar Energy, which provided extensive support and testing for their batteries and solar panels. The product reached the General Services Administration and various United States government agencies, including international sales to the Saudi Arabia Signal Corps. The success of Prosper Gear remains one of Mr. Nealis' proudest achievements, fundamentally changing his life trajectory and opening doors to new opportunities with MaxaVision Technologies and later Fresh-Aire UV. However, following significant military budget cuts in 2013, which led to market contraction, Mr. Nealis transitioned out of this sector.
Mr. Nealis' entrepreneurial journey began with One Touch Web Design in 2006, a venture he co-founded with a friend while still in college. The company specialized in website creation and graphic design services. During this same period, Mr. Nealis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008. During his studies, he achieved Dean's List Honors and invitation to the International Business Delegates program.
Throughout his career transitions — from entrepreneurship to sales management — Mr. Nealis has credited much of his success to resilience and a strong work ethic he learned from his father, who raised three children alone while demonstrating unwavering honesty and perseverance. Mr. Nealis also attributes his growth to an ongoing commitment to self-improvement through reading self-help books, regular self-reflection and maintaining a strong faith and relationship with God, giving all glory to him.
Mr. Nealis' entry into health insurance was catalyzed by reconnecting with a college friend after returning to North Carolina from South Florida in 2022. Together, they established relationships with Oak Street Health and American Entitlements, allowing them to set up booths inside Walmart Supercenters for Medicare outreach. Through these efforts, Mr. Nealis ranked fourth nationally in Medicare sales via the Walmart program. He further expanded his business by partnering with financial advisors, real estate agents, primary care physicians and local business owners to create multiple lead sources.
Beyond professional pursuits, Mr. Nealis has demonstrated civic engagement through volunteer work during community and beach cleanups in Aruba. In his personal life, he enjoys painting, riding motorcycles, reading, studying the Bible and journaling. He is engaged and looks forward to being married soon. He encourages others to remember that true character is defined not by accomplishments, but by how they respond to adversity. He emphasizes the importance of perseverance, believing that meaningful success begins with taking the first step and refusing to let self-doubt stand in the way of progress.
Mr. Nealis' achievements have been recognized through several awards, including being named a top manager at Fresh-Aire UV and earning distinction as one of its top salesmen. Looking ahead, he aims to create a network of independent business owners by sharing the blueprint he has developed for achieving balanced success both professionally and personally. He is committed to mentoring others who wish to start their own businesses while continuing to develop his leadership skills so that he can help others duplicate his achievements. Additionally, he seeks greater involvement in volunteer activities within the communities he serves — demonstrating genuine care beyond providing health insurance solutions — as he focuses on empowering others through business ownership and financial stability.
