Vladimir Litoshenko has spent over a decade shaping First Line Software's growth from a software engineering firm into a global software engineering and consulting company, and today serves as Senior Vice President for Global Business, leading strategy, market positioning and revenue growth. Since joining the company in 2010 as Head of Business Development, he has held a series of senior leadership roles spanning global business, human resources, and international operations across the US, Europe, and Asia — experience that has made him a driving force behind First Line Software's international expansion.
Among his most significant achievements, Mr. Litoshenko has built and modernized First Line Software's HR, marketing and sales functions for the AI era, establishing processes and tools that keep the company's talent, brand and go-to-market operations aligned with fast-evolving AI technology. This process-driven approach was put to the test when he led a large-scale relocation of more than 300 engineers to new locations across Europe, completed within weeks through careful planning and close coordination with his team — a testament to the strength of the systems he had put in place.
Before First Line Software, Mr. Litoshenko built a foundation in technology as a business development manager and .NET developer at StarSoft Development Labs (Exigen Services).
He holds a bachelor's degree in computing technologies and informatics (2004) and a master's degree in computer science (2006) from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University, as well as an MBA in general management from the State University of Management in Moscow (2010). He is a certified Scrum Master and has recently completed a series of AI-focused certifications with Anthropic, including Building with the Claude API, Introduction to Model Context Protocol, and Claude Code in Action, building on earlier credentials in generative AI with large language models from DeepLearning.AI and Amazon Web Services.
Looking ahead, Mr. Litoshenko is focused on expanding First Line Software's presence in the US while guiding the company's growth in the AI era, with an eye toward building deep expertise in quantum technology as the next frontier. He attributes much of his success to the teamwork of colleagues who have been with him since before First Line Software was founded, and to the support of his partner throughout his career.
