PHILADELPHIA, PA, September 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer Baldwin has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Baldwin's professional journey of nearly 30 years is distinguished by her dynamic progression across multiple business sectors, culminating in her current role as the Director of Talent Management at the leading industrial gases and engineering company Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. (formerly Praxair). Managing and developing a team of four talent professionals, she designs and implements comprehensive review and development programs and analyzes talent data to identify both gaps and new opportunities throughout the organization. Her responsibilities include supporting strategic preparations, succession planning and performance management initiatives, as well as developing ad hoc talent solutions for internal business partners.

Ms. Baldwin leads executive-level talent development plans, manages a year-long onboarding program for both external hires and internal promotions, and consults with stakeholders to ensure the company's talent strategies are aligned with its business objectives. She is recognized for her ability to coach employees on career development and growth opportunities while monitoring program execution to ensure the consistent delivery of effective solutions.

Prior to reaching her current position at Linde Gas & Equipment Inc., Ms. Baldwin excelled as a Talent Strategy Manager for six years after the company completed its merger with Praxair Inc. in 2018. In her capacity, she helped shape the company's approach to talent supervision by creating impactful programs that continued to foster employee advancement during a time of significant change.

From 2012 to 2018, Ms. Baldwin was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Praxair, where she supported the East Region as an HR Generalist before advancing through several roles within the organization. Her tenure was marked by a commitment to people development and organizational growth, leveraging her strong business acumen — a quality that stems from her background in marketing and independent contractor roles — to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Baldwin served as Senior Regional Vice President, business coach and consultant at PartyLite Gifts from 2005 to 2012. In this multifaceted role, she guided teams through various sales initiatives and provided effective coaching that emphasized both individual achievement and collective success. Before this, she worked as a freelance marketing professional from 2004 to 2005, engaging with clients on independent projects that broadened her understanding of marketing dynamics.

Ms. Baldwin's foundational experience includes five years as a marketing analyst at Messer MG Industries — which provides workforce solutions across the manufacturing and information technology sectors — where she developed many of the analytical skills that would later inform her strategic approach in subsequent roles. She began her career as an executive recruiter at Raymond Karsan Associates from 1998 to 1999, gaining a fundamental understanding of the importance of matching the right individuals with an organization's particular needs.
Alongside her primary work, Ms. Baldwin is active in demonstrating her commitment to continuous individual and professional development.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Communications from Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) in 1998. To further enhance her coaching and management qualifications, she completed the leadership and manager development programs at Linde in 2026 and was certified as a coaching professional by TypeCoach, LLC in 2022.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Baldwin attributes much of her success to the steadfast support of her family and the trusting relationships she has built with colleagues and leaders throughout her career. She emphasizes the value of listening closely to business needs, taking calculated risks and persistently advocating for innovative ideas, even when faced with rejection. Her willingness to embrace constructive feedback and ask challenging questions — both of herself and others — has been vital in overcoming setbacks and achieving new personal milestones.

Among Ms. Baldwin's proudest accomplishments are the tangible results visibly witnessed from the collective efforts of her teams — evidence that many of her most impactful ideas have come to fruition through persistence and resilience. For her, success is not defined by conventional standards but by the ability to persistently pursue one's goals despite obstacles or initial setbacks. She believes victories can manifest as productive conversations among colleagues or new opportunities rather than solely as measurable outcomes.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Baldwin is also known for her involvement in civic-minded organizations and charitable efforts. Since 2020, she has supported advancement leadership and coaching programs as part of the Greg Strobel Leadership Academy in partnership with USA Wrestling. Her community engagement also includes donations to local charities and contributions such as clothing and school supplies such as pens, pencils and backpacks for children and families in need.

Happily married and a proud mother and grandmother, Ms. Baldwin cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys fishing trips, beach outings, outdoor activities and quiet dinners with her husband. She finds inspiration from those closest to her: her husband's entrepreneurial legacy as a third-generation small business owner, encouragement from her children, wisdom from a trusted uncle, and her friends who form an invaluable mutual support network.

A further testament to Ms. Baldwin's desire to push beyond her previous limits is her recent participation in two sprint triathlons; inspired by heartfelt notes that her children had written for her, she carried them with her during each race and successfully improved on her previous results.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Baldwin remains committed to making decisions that benefit her colleagues while also enhancing organizational outcomes. She strives to be a resourceful leader whom others turn to for guidance — always seeking solutions even when immediate answers are not apparent — and dedicates each day to delivering results that provide lasting value for those around her. With a strategic mindset akin to observing the full field from above, she continues to adjust course when necessary while maintaining an unwavering focus on helping others through everything she does.
