TULSA, OK, September 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kasey K. Fagin, Esq., has been recognized for achievement in law.

Mr. Fagin has established himself as an accomplished associate attorney at Barrow & Grimm P.C., where he has served since 2024. In this role, Mr. Fagin prepares for and attends trials and hearings, drafts pleadings, meets with clients, and conducts discovery by submitting discovery to opposing counsel and leading depositions. His expertise in civil litigation is widely recognized, and he is praised for his ability to navigate complex legal issues, particularly in federal court where cases often involve extensive case law and intricate statutory requirements.

Before joining Barrow & Grimm P.C., Mr. Fagin was an associate attorney at Best & Sharp from 2021 to 2024. His transition from the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office to Best & Sharp, and ultimately to Barrow & Grimm, required significant effort and the cultivation of a strong professional reputation amid considerable competition. These milestones reflect Mr. Fagin's dedication to advancing within Tulsa's legal community.

Mr. Fagin began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office in 2020. He accepted this position immediately after passing the bar exam. His daily court appearances during this period allowed him to develop a passion for litigation and establish meaningful relationships with judges, colleagues, and clients.

Before passing the bar, Mr. Fagin garnered experience as a legal intern at the U.S. Attorneys' Offices in 2019, where he gained exposure to federal legal proceedings. In 2018, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Bell at the Oklahoma Civil Court of Appeals. Mr. Fagin also completed an internship with Christianson & Rawls in 2017, contributing to his foundational understanding of legal practice, and interned with Zaby & Associates in 2015, gaining initial practical experience in law.

After pursuing coursework in European politics in Ireland in 2016, Mr. Fagin earned a Bachelor of Arts (political science) from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2020. Notably, he contributed to the Tulsa Law Review during his time as a law student. Mr. Fagin's educational journey at the University of Oklahoma was supported by the David L. Boren Presidential Scholarship, which recognized his academic excellence. Participation in the National Student Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C., further broadened his perspective on leadership within the legal profession.

Leadership roles have been a consistent part of Mr. Fagin's background as he held numerous positions within his University of Oklahoma Fraternity, demonstrating early commitment to organizational leadership as the Vice President and President between 2014 and 2016. Mr. Fagin also excelled as the team captain for OU's Soonerthon Fundraiser in 2014, where he showcased his ability to motivate peers in support of philanthropic causes.

Mr. Fagin is actively involved with several professional organizations, including the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. His commitment to civic engagement is evident through volunteer work at his local church and service as an assistant coach for his son's soccer team.
