The business also maintains a satellite office in Mooresville, NC, which features a showroom located near the Lowe's corporate office. Lowes, Home Depot and Menards are the primary vendor partners, while significant business is also conducted with Walmart, Estevez in Mexico and select retailers in Canada.

Prior to founding Palm Coast Imports, Mr. Byrne excelled as senior vice president of marketing at Hunter Fan Company — the culmination of nearly 20 years with the organization. From 2004 to 2009, he played a key role in shaping the firm's product development strategies for ceiling fans and accessories, contributing greatly to its growth in the competitive home improvement market. His tenure as vice president of sales from 1998 to 2004 further demonstrated his ability to lead sales teams and foster relationships with major retail partners, both in North America and internationally.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Byrne served as a division sales manager at Hunter Fan Company, managing regional operations and supporting the company's expansion into new markets. His initial experience as a national account manager from 1989 to 1994 provided him with valuable insights into client relations and large-scale account management that served him well upon his subsequent promotions.

Before joining Hunter Fan Company, Mr. Byrne worked as a national account manager at Stanley Black & Decker Inc. from 1979 to 1989. This role marked an important phase in his early career as he gained crucial leadership experience while building and maintaining relationships with several major hardware distributors.

Though Mr. Byrne's career counts many milestones, he is particularly proud to have secured more than 10 patents focused on innovations for ceiling fans that have been integrated into products and sold to major outlets such as Lowe's. Among these accomplishments is his invention of a ceiling light with an integrated heater, for which he secured a patent in the United States in 2006.

Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Byrne pursued higher education and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Widener University in 1977. Reflecting on his storied journey to date, he credits Robert Beasley Jr., the chief executive officer of Hunter Fan Company, as an inspirational leader whose guidance and leadership qualities made a significant impact on his career trajectory.

In recognition of his outstanding achievements in home center product marketing and sales, Mr. Byrne has received several honors throughout his career. He is an eight-time recipient of awards through selling Lowe's products and was named both Innovation Partner of the Year and Vendor of the Year by Lowe's.
