Over the course of a career spanning more than four decades, Feuer has built a reputation for identifying opportunities to improve healthcare delivery, developing high-performing teams and challenging long-standing industry practices when he believed a better standard was possible.

That philosophy ultimately led to the creation of RepScrubs.

After spending decades in the medical device industry and working extensively within hospital operating rooms, Feuer became increasingly concerned by the lack of consistent controls surrounding outside personnel entering procedural environments in the same scrubs they had worn between facilities and throughout the course of the day. What began as an observation developed into a larger concern surrounding infection prevention, accountability and patient safety.

Rather than accept the issue as an unavoidable part of the industry, Feuer set out to create a solution.

In 2013, he left an established career at Stryker to devote himself fully to developing RepScrubs, a healthcare solution designed to provide greater control over scrub access and support stronger compliance practices within the perioperative environment. The company completed its first installation in Miami that year.

Building acceptance for a new model was not immediate.

RepScrubs entered a market in which established practices had been in place for decades, and Feuer faced significant resistance as he worked to introduce a fundamentally different approach. He met with hospital leaders, industry stakeholders, U.S. Senate offices and representatives from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to raise awareness around the patient safety concerns that had inspired the company.

The early years required persistence, personal investment and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking. Feuer remained focused on the belief that hospitals could establish a more accountable process without compromising the ability of medical device representatives and other essential personnel to support patient care.

That conviction became the foundation for RepScrubs' continued development.

Today, Feuer remains responsible for the company's strategic direction, culture and continued product innovation, with an emphasis on developing solutions that help healthcare organizations strengthen perioperative safety, credentialing and compliance. His leadership has also supported the development of additional healthcare technologies and partnerships intended to address evolving needs within hospitals and procedural environments.

A Career Built in the Operating Room

Feuer's perspective as an entrepreneur was shaped by an extensive career in surgical and medical device sales.

Before founding RepScrubs, he spent approximately 25 years with Stryker, advancing through a series of sales and leadership positions across the company's surgical, endoscopy and medical technology businesses.

He began with Stryker as a territory sales representative before moving into regional management and leadership roles. From 1999 through 2010, he served as a regional sales director, followed by his appointment as national sales director for surgical products from 2011 to 2013.

Throughout his tenure, Feuer became known not only for business performance, but also for his ability to identify and develop emerging talent. He invested heavily in coaching sales representatives and future leaders, helping many build successful long-term careers within the medical technology industry.

His achievements at Stryker included induction into the company's Hall of Fame, membership on its Sales Leadership Council and Presidents Advisory Council, the Rolex Award, the Dr. Homer Stryker Award for national growth, and four Regional Manager of the Year honors.

Earlier in his career, Feuer held sales positions with Storz Ophthalmic Instruments and Bristol-Myers, building the clinical and commercial experience that would eventually influence his work as an entrepreneur.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Building a Company Around People

While RepScrubs was created to address a healthcare problem, Feuer has consistently viewed people as central to the company's success.

During the organization's formative years, he made significant personal and financial sacrifices to preserve the business and build the leadership team he believed was necessary for its future. For several years, Feuer elected not to draw a salary while prioritizing employee compensation and company operations. He also shared ownership in the organization to attract experienced leaders who believed in the long-term vision for the company.

That approach reflected a leadership philosophy that had already defined much of his career: build strong teams, give people opportunities to succeed and create an environment where individuals feel personally invested in the mission.

Mentorship has remained an important part of Feuer's leadership throughout both his corporate and entrepreneurial careers. Whether developing sales professionals at Stryker or building the team at RepScrubs, he has maintained that sustainable growth is ultimately dependent on the people responsible for delivering it.

Extending the Mission Beyond Business

Feuer's focus on service has also extended beyond his professional work.

He has been an active supporter of Ronald McDonald House in Orlando, including sponsoring accommodations for families with hospitalized children and organizing meals for families staying at the organization.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Feuer and RepScrubs provided thousands of sets of scrubs to frontline healthcare workers in Chicago and New York City at a time when hospitals and clinicians were facing significant supply challenges.

Additional charitable efforts have included scrub donations supporting disaster-relief initiatives in Jamaica and Puerto Rico following hurricanes, along with clothing and other contributions to community organizations.

For Feuer, those efforts represent an extension of the same philosophy that has guided his career in healthcare: businesses have an opportunity to create impact beyond their commercial success.

Continuing to Challenge the Status Quo

Feuer's professional accomplishments have received recognition throughout his career. In 2026, he received an Entrepreneur of the Year award from Ernst & Young, while RepScrubs was also recognized among America's growing private companies through its inclusion on the Inc. 5000.
Yet Feuer's focus remains on what comes next.

As chairman and CEO, he continues to guide RepScrubs' expansion while supporting the development of new products, technologies and strategic partnerships designed to address challenges facing healthcare organizations. That work includes the continued advancement of solutions such as SurgiLocker and other initiatives intended to strengthen accountability and efficiency within healthcare environments.

More than a decade after taking the initial risk of leaving an established career to pursue an unproven idea, Feuer continues to approach the business with the same premise that inspired RepScrubs from the beginning: meaningful change often requires someone to question why an accepted practice cannot be improved.

It is a philosophy that has shaped his career as a salesman, mentor, entrepreneur and healthcare executive, and one that continues to influence the direction of RepScrubs today.
