Among the experiences that prepared her for entrepreneurship, she credits her transformative tenure at Thiel Capital, which she describes as a masterclass in business that inspired her to become a founder. Before founding Remix, Ms. Stafford served as director of operations at Atomic Search from 2022 to 2024. During the height of the NFT market, she managed the startup's administrative infrastructure and helped steer team operations through rapidly evolving strategies and market conditions. Her leadership encompassed a broad range of operational responsibilities, further sharpening her expertise in organizational management and adaptability.

From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Stafford served as a personal assistant to Peter Thiel at Thiel Capital in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. She initially joined the firm as an office operations coordinator in 2018 and subsequently advanced into the personal assistant role. Her nearly four-year tenure at Thiel Capital exposed her to a wide range of industries, entrepreneurs and business leaders while providing invaluable insight into high-level business operations and decision-making.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Stafford worked in public service as a district representative for Senator Hertzberg's office in the California State Senate from 2017 to 2018, following an internship with the same office from 2016 to 2017. Prior to entering politics, she gained experience as sales and marketing lead for The Enchanted Lookout Vacation Rental in San Diego County from 2015 to 2018 and as a production assistant and aerial ground coordinator at Studio Wings in the Los Angeles metropolitan area from 2014 to 2017.

Ms. Stafford's academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in environmental science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2017. Ms. Stafford credits adaptability as one of the defining qualities behind her success. Among her most notable athletic achievements is completing an English Channel relay crossing from England to France with her younger brother as part of a two-person team in July 2026. Originally preparing to compete in a three-person relay, she and her brother were forced to adapt after a last-minute change reduced the team to two swimmers. They persevered through the demanding crossing, an experience that reflected the same endurance, adaptability and determination that Ms. Stafford brings to her professional pursuits.

Ms. Stafford's commitment to community service is reflected in her receipt of the Congressional Award Gold Medal after progressing through the bronze and silver levels.
