SANTEE, CA, September 17, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chad Fuller has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Fuller's professional journey is marked by a steady progression through leadership, service and training roles in the roofing, solar and powersports industries over the course of nearly 35 years. In September, he will begin his tenure as Director of Roofing Operations at Alive Solar & Roofing.

Earlier in 2026, he served as the director of operations at Aquasoltech, a residential exterior product provider and installer where he coordinated daily crew scheduling and job assignments, verified the accuracy of all orders, managed his team's communications and collaborated with sales representatives, distributors and manufacturers to help customers and families enhance their homes.

Prior to joining Aquasoltech, Mr. Fuller leveraged his extensive leadership experience as the director of operations at Christian Roofing Inc. from 2023 to 2026. He also held the dual roles of estimator and project manager from 2023 to 2024, during which his responsibilities included overseeing all operations while ensuring smooth and effective project communication between his teams and clients.

From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Fuller contributed as a sales manager at Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. in El Cajon, California, where he further developed his skills in team leadership and sales strategy within the renewable energy sector. From 2014 to 2022, he excelled as the general manager of Professional Roofing & Solar, overseeing five separate teams of roof installers and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery for residential customers.

Before his transition into the roofing industry, Mr. Fuller held the role of sales manager at MR Motorcycles in Asheville, North Carolina, from 2012 to 2014. After initially working for Greenville Powersports, he was soon promoted to run the largest powersports dealership in North Carolina and sold products for Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and more. His outstanding leadership during this time saw him formally recognized by Honda Motor Corporation's Counsel of Excellence.

Continuing his well-traveled journey with leading automotive brands, Mr. Fuller was the general manager of Hacienda Harley Davidson in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 2010 to 2011, during which he oversaw the store's day-to-day operations and further enhanced its finance and insurance profits. From 2006 to 2009, he excelled as the general manager of Pinetop Motors & Powersports in Pinetop, Arizona, successfully setting up new Kawasaki and Suzuki dealerships to serve the community.

Mr. Fuller also served as vice president of Arizona Bike Week from 2004 to 2005 — booking artists and vendors for the state's largest annual motorcycle event — and was the general manager of Genesis Custom Cycles in Phoenix from 2001 to 2004. He began his professional journey with a seven-year tenure as the finance manager of Fullers' White Mountain Motors, where he gained significant experience in contracts, dealership management and sales that continues to serve him well today.

Though Mr. Fuller's journey counts many milestones, one of his proudest achievements is the transformation of a motorcycle dealership's finance and insurance department into an award-winning operation within a single year. Initially hired without a clearly defined role, he identified untapped opportunities in financing and insurance sales after observing the dealership's financial office for several days. Given the chance to spearhead this initiative, he propelled both stores under his oversight to rank as the top two in their district according to Honda's esteemed recognition program.

Alongside his primary roles, Mr. Fuller has deepened his influence as an active member of industry organizations including the California Solar & Storage Association (CALSSA), the San Diego Roofing Contractors Association and previously the National Subcontractors Alliance.

Mr. Fuller's unique professional path followed an initial pursuit of marine biology before he went on to study engineering at Northern Arizona University in 1985. After finishing his studies two years later, he entered the workforce in hospitality roles at five-star resorts, honing his customer service skills. Unexpectedly drawn into sales positions by managing car and motorcycle dealerships, he soon discovered a natural talent for leadership in these settings that he continues to apply to his work in the roofing industry.

Mr. Fuller's transition into roofing came when he and his wife moved to back to San Diego, CA where her father owned a roofing business. Though he had no prior experience in the industry, he was encouraged by his wife's longstanding support during his motorcycle sales career and quickly adapted; within three weeks, he secured his first roof sale and even outsold his father-in-law during his first year.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Fuller attributes his success to maintaining an open mind, being willing to admit mistakes and learning from them rather than becoming defensive or repeating errors. This philosophy has enabled him to navigate his career transitions from hospitality to sales environments and residential roofing with resilience and continual growth.

In his personal life, Mr. Fuller is the proud father of three sons: two from a previous marriage, aged 27 and 25, and a younger son who recently turned 18 and is interested in coaching volleyball while pursuing paramedic training. The vibrant Fuller household also includes two rescue dogs — Jax, a Lhasa Apso mix adopted after a Harley-Davidson dealership event, and Bolt, a Husky/Shiba Inu mix named by one of his sons — as well as Squirt, a red-eared slider turtle who has since become a beloved family companion known for his unique personality.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Fuller intends to establish his own roofing and solar business where he can implement the innovative ideas he has accumulated throughout his career — particularly those focused on delivering personalized customer service within an industry he believes can benefit greatly from it. His life and legacy reflect his dedication to continuous learning, adaptability across industries and a tireless commitment to helping others through everything he does.
