From 2007 to 2008, Mr. LeNoble excelled as the chief support officer at SupportSpace. He also held the position of senior director at Facebook between 2005 and 2007. Earlier in his career, from 2004 to 2005, Mr. LeNoble served as the director of global service operations at Palm, where he managed worldwide service initiatives and, between 2002 and 2004, served as the director of customer service at Walmart.com.

Mr. LeNoble's commitment to service has been demonstrated by his provision of pro bono coaching to entrepreneurs in developing regions such as Africa, India and Asia and to female chief executive officers internationally.

His civic engagement also includes serving as a board member for an artificial intelligence startup based in London and supporting organizations like ScholarMatch and community theater youth programs. As the co-founder of the Taranga L.W. Foundation since 2015, Mr. LeNoble has supported initiatives such as providing acupuncture and Pilates therapy for women discharged from San Francisco General Hospital following domestic violence incidents and funding music education for at-risk minority boys in Oakland, California, through saxophone instruction. Since 2024, he has been facilitating programs at Unity Church of Maui and, since 2025, has served as a board chair for Unity Church of San Francisco and as a board member for Maui Academy of Performing Arts.
