Notably, Ms. Rillo-Fattell worked alongside one of the pioneering doctors who developed reproductive technology in the early 1990s at Reproductive Medicine Associates. Her experience also includes positions at Robert Wood Johnson as well as roles within radiology practices and general practitioner offices.

Ms. Rillo-Fattell's academic background includes earning an Associate's degree in business management from DeVry University in 2001.
