JAMESTOWN, ND, September 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Noelle Riehl, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Ms. Riehl's distinguished health care career spans more than two decades, marked by progressively responsible clinical and leadership positions and a consistent commitment to improving access, outcomes and affordability. Since 2021, she has served as chief executive officer, medical director of Medallus Medical in North Dakota.

A central focus of Ms. Riehl's leadership has been developing innovative health care programs and contracts for local agencies and self-funded employers. These initiatives have helped employers save millions of dollars while improving access to timely, patient-centered care for employees and their families. By addressing medical concerns earlier, the programs help employees remain productive and reduce the likelihood that preventable conditions will develop into more serious and costly health problems. Ms. Riehl believes that improving care and controlling costs should be complementary rather than competing goals. Working alongside her business partners and team, Ms. Riehl has helped transform Medallus from a small-town organization with approximately five employees into a statewide network of 10 health care and wellness businesses employing 65 people—and counting. The organization now encompasses four Medallus Medical practices, three Medallus MediSpa locations and three Prime IV Hydration and Wellness locations across North Dakota. Collectively, these businesses provide urgent and primary care, occupational and employer health services, preventive wellness, IV hydration and medical aesthetic care. Despite her executive responsibilities, Ms. Riehl continues to provide direct patient care and remains closely involved in teaching and mentoring new graduates and other health care professionals. She also oversees clinical quality, organizational operations, provider development and strategic growth throughout the organization.

Before joining Medallus Medical, Ms. Riehl worked with Sanford Health in Bismarck and served communities throughout rural North Dakota as a traveling emergency room nurse practitioner. Her earlier clinical, leadership and educational roles included serving as a house supervisor at a Level II hospital, STEMI coordinator, nursing instructor and critical care flight nurse, along with extensive experience in emergency and critical care settings. Her health care career began in 2003 as a certified nursing assistant and emergency medical technician, with foundational experience in nursing-home care and ground ambulance services. Ms. Riehl's advanced clinical preparation includes a post-master's nurse practitioner certificate from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in nursing education, from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Jamestown. She completed each stage of her higher education while working full-time and raising four children, demonstrating exceptional perseverance and dedication. She also completed additional preparation in secondary education through Valley City State University and coursework in preparation for a future teaching role affiliated with the North Dakota University System.

Her scholarly and professional works include the 2013 master's thesis "STEMI Patients' Perceptions of Satisfaction" and the article "Reimagining Community Wellness," published in The Bridge magazine. Her professional affiliations have included the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, American Society of Addiction Medicine, North Dakota EMS Association, Emergency Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In recognition of her contributions, Ms. Riehl received the Bismarck-Mandan 20 Under 40 Award from Connection Magazine and the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC in 2025. She also received a presidential award through the Office of the President of the United States in 2005 for outstanding volunteer service.

Growing up in rural North Dakota, Ms. Riehl's calling to health care was shaped by a sister who required around-the-clock care because of cerebral palsy, a seizure disorder and an intellectual disability. Witnessing the difference compassionate caregivers made in her sister's life inspired Ms. Riehl to serve patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. Raised by a single mother who emphasized hard work and helping others, she became the first member of her family to enter the health care profession. Reflecting on her journey, Ms. Riehl attributes her success to determination, resilience, consistent everyday effort and the support of her mother, both sisters, four children, extended family and soon-to-be husband. She believes meaningful goals can be achieved through sustained hard work and that even one act of kindness or positive change can make a lasting difference in another person's life. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Riehl has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to civic engagement and volunteerism. She serves as a board member of the Circle Cross Riding Club and has coached soccer, volleyball and track for Special Olympics North Dakota on multiple occasions. Her service has also included Team Rubicon, numerous local initiatives and a youth-group mission to Juárez, Mexico, where she helped build nine homes for families facing housing insecurity. Outside of her professional and civic responsibilities, Ms. Riehl enjoys spending time with her family, ranching, caring for livestock, horseback riding and supporting her children's activities. Following her September 2026 marriage, she will also be known professionally as Noelle Hatch.

Looking ahead, Ms. Riehl hopes to expand Medallus Medical into additional communities and neighboring states so that more employers, employees and families can benefit from lower health care costs, improved access and coordinated patient care. As the organization grows, she remains committed to preserving its community-centered culture, developing future health care leaders and ensuring that personal relationships remain at the heart of care.
