WEST READING, PA, September 24, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kristi Gage-Linderman has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Gage has established herself as a leader in talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce solutions and business leadership, with a career rooted in helping people, businesses and communities thrive. As the third generation of her family to lead Gage Talent & Business Solutions, she views her role not simply as carrying forward a family business, but as ensuring that it continues to evolve, grow and remain relevant for generations to come.
Since assuming the role of chief executive officer in 2025, and throughout her prior tenure as chief operating officer, Ms. Gage has helped lead the company's strategic direction, client partnerships, service innovation and continued evolution as a comprehensive workforce partner. Her leadership focuses on responding to the changing needs of employers and the workforce while preserving the relationship-centered, people-first approach on which the company was built.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gage has played a pivotal role in expanding Gage beyond its traditional staffing roots. She helped broaden the company's capabilities from flexible staffing into professional and direct-hire recruiting, talent acquisition, outsourced recruiting and workforce consulting, allowing Gage to support clients across a wider range of workforce challenges. While deeply rooted in Southeastern Pennsylvania, the company has also expanded its reach, serving customers throughout the region while providing select recruiting and workforce solutions to organizations nationally.
That growth reached a significant milestone under Ms. Gage's leadership in 2025, when the company rebranded from Gage Personnel to Gage Talent & Business Solutions. The new identity was designed to better reflect the breadth of the organization's expanded capabilities and its transformation from a traditional staffing company into a comprehensive workforce partner. Coinciding with Gage's 40th anniversary, the rebrand honored the company's longstanding reputation and family legacy while signaling its vision for the future.
Today, Ms. Gage continues to build upon that transformation through new partnerships, expanded services and emerging technologies that can strengthen recruiting and workforce decision-making while keeping human expertise at the center of the process. Gage is also nationally certified as a Women's Business Enterprise through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, reflecting an important dimension of the company's identity and its ability to support organizations committed to supplier diversity.
For Ms. Gage, innovation and legacy are not competing priorities. Her leadership is deeply influenced by the entrepreneurial spirit of her grandmother, Donna Gage, who founded the company in 1985 at age 65 after unexpectedly losing her position with a national staffing firm. Rather than viewing the setback as the end of her career, Donna turned it into an opportunity to build something of her own. Four decades later, that determination remains at the heart of a multigenerational family business serving employers, job seekers and communities.
Ms. Gage also credits her parents, Bill and Gwen Gage, the second generation of family leadership, with building upon that foundation and further embedding the company within the Greater Reading and Berks County community. Their leadership helped strengthen the relationships, reputation and commitment to community that remain central to Gage today.
As a third-generation leader, Ms. Gage believes sustaining a family business requires more than preserving what previous generations built. It requires honoring the values and relationships that created its foundation while having the courage to change. Her goal is not simply to maintain her family's legacy, but to build upon it and position Gage to thrive through the next generation of workforce and business change.
Ms. Gage's own career with the company has spanned multiple areas of the business. She began her recruiting career with Gage in 2008 after gaining early professional experience in onsite workforce management, human resources, risk and safety. Those experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing employers, employees and job seekers and continue to influence her approach to workforce solutions today.
From 2010 to 2015, Ms. Gage stepped into management roles overseeing recruiting, sales and operations, working alongside a talented team to help lead the company through a period of significant post-recession growth. During that time, Gage grew approximately 65%, strengthening its client relationships, developing its internal team and expanding its presence in the regional workforce community. The experience helped shape Ms. Gage's collaborative approach to leadership and reinforced her belief that sustainable growth comes from investing in people, adapting to change and building strong teams.
During her tenure as chief operating officer from 2015 to 2025, Ms. Gage played a pivotal role in the company's continued growth, diversification and resilience. She helped expand Gage's services beyond traditional temporary staffing while guiding the organization through significant changes in the economy and labor market, including the COVID-19 pandemic and its profound impact on employers and workers. Her leadership emphasized employee retention, client relationships, adaptability and long-term sustainability while continuing to identify new opportunities for the organization.
Her commitment to workforce development extends well beyond the walls of the company. Ms. Gage helped found Gage's Career Connections partnership with Reading High School, an initiative designed to expose students to career pathways, workplace expectations, local employers and real-world opportunities. Since its inception, the program has reached hundreds of students and reflects her belief that businesses have an important responsibility to invest in and help prepare the next generation for the workforce.
Ms. Gage's passion for the staffing and recruiting profession also extends nationally. She previously served as president of TempNet, a national association of independent staffing firms, and is a member of the American Staffing Association. Her involvement in the industry has reinforced her belief in the important role independent staffing and recruiting firms play in helping employers remain competitive, connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and supporting the economic vitality of the communities they serve.
Ms. Gage earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2005, a field of study she chose intentionally because she wanted to communicate with and have a greater impact on the diverse community around her. She saw the opportunity to graduate not only with a degree, but with another language and a greater ability to connect with people. That decision proved especially meaningful as her career unfolded in recruiting and workforce development, where communication, inclusion and understanding people from different backgrounds have remained central to her work.
Ms. Gage has continued her professional development throughout her career. Her credentials include the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI, the SHRM Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association. She has also completed professional development in workplace safety, leadership and other areas supporting her broad workforce expertise.
A lifelong Berks County resident, Ms. Gage has remained actively involved in business, workforce development, education and community organizations throughout her career. Her leadership and service have included roles with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, Literacy Council of Reading-Berks, Berks County Workforce Development Board, Berks Business Education Coalition, Reading Hospital Foundation, Reading Area Community College Foundation and Greater Reading Young Professionals, among other professional and community organizations. Through these roles, she has remained particularly passionate about strengthening connections among employers, educators, community organizations and the people they collectively serve.
Ms. Gage also shares her experiences through writing and speaking engagements focused on leadership, women in business, family business, workforce development and the future of work. Through panels, presentations and community conversations, she draws upon lessons from her own leadership journey to encourage others to lead authentically, embrace change, develop future leaders and create opportunities for the people around them.
Her professional and community leadership has earned numerous honors throughout her career. Under her leadership, Gage Talent & Business Solutions has received national recognition from Forbes and Business Insider among America's leading recruiting and staffing firms. In 2025, Gage was also recognized with the WBEC East Generational WBE Award, honoring three generations of women in the Gage family: founder Donna Gage, second-generation leader Gwen Gage and Ms. Gage. Her individual recognitions have included the Women of Influence Award from Lehigh Valley Business, the Brava Award from SmartCEO, The Walnut Club Award and Lehigh Valley Business' Forty Under 40 recognition. Gage has also earned multiple Business Excellence recognitions from the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance.
Ms. Gage credits her success to adaptability, curiosity, innovation and a genuine care for people. She is passionate about representing the strength of small and family-owned American businesses and believes they play an essential role in creating employment, developing talent and sustaining strong communities. She measures meaningful growth not solely through revenue or placements, but through the careers created, businesses strengthened, employees developed and communities supported along the way.
That philosophy has become increasingly important as technology changes the way organizations recruit, hire and manage their workforces. While Ms. Gage embraces innovation and the potential of artificial intelligence, she believes technology should strengthen rather than replace the human relationships at the heart of recruiting and workforce development. Her approach is centered on combining new tools and ideas with the judgment, empathy and personal connection that have defined Gage for more than four decades.
As a working mother of two young sons, Ms. Gage-Linderman understands firsthand the challenge of balancing leadership, family, and responsibilities beyond the workplace. That experience has shaped her perspective on leadership and strengthened her passion for supporting women as they navigate careers, families and changing seasons of life. She believes success is personal and that leadership can evolve alongside the different priorities and responsibilities life brings.
Outside of her professional and community commitments, Ms. Gage-Linderman most values time with her husband and two sons and enjoys traveling and experiencing new places with her family and friends.
Looking ahead, Ms. Gage intends to continue building upon her family's more than 40-year legacy while positioning Gage Talent & Business Solutions for its next era of growth. Her vision is to continue breaking the traditional mold of what both a staffing company and a multigenerational family business can become by evolving its services, investing in people and communities, embracing technology thoughtfully and remaining a trusted workforce partner prepared for what comes next.
