He quickly ascended to larger leadership positions through continued outstanding performance, becoming a general manager at Hertz in 2008 and serving as zone vice president from 2013 to 2016, during which he demonstrated a strong commitment to nurturing talent. Mr. DelRosso takes particular pride in having mentored several current area vice presidents who have advanced their careers under his guidance or alongside him, an accomplishment he regards as one of his most significant professional achievements.

Between 2016 and 2020, Mr. DelRosso excelled as the HLE eastern region vice president at Hertz, where he played a pivotal role in implementing corporate programs that contributed to regional success. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the division vice president for the central region and Canada. In this capacity, Mr. DelRosso oversaw operations across a broad geographic area, further honing his skills in large-scale management and cross-regional coordination.

Between 2021 and 2023, Mr. DelRosso served as vice president of fleet maintenance and material damage at Hertz, where he managed processes related to vehicle collections and ancillary sales and created programs that optimized these functions for greater efficiency. Before his current position, he was the Mid-Atlantic zone vice president from 2022 to 2023. During this period, Mr. DelRosso continued to focus on developing high-performing teams while executing strategic initiatives that supported the company's growth objectives. Throughout his journey at Hertz, he has been instrumental in developing best-in-class teams and fostering an environment focused on growth and performance.

Mr. DelRosso's academic background has been foundational to his professional success. He received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Wesleyan University in 2001, where he was a four-year letter winner on the lacrosse team and won the "unsung hero" award his senior year. He later acquired a Master of Business Administration in management and operations from Auburn University in 2025. This advanced degree provided Mr. DelRosso with critical insights into organizational leadership and operational excellence that have informed his approach to managing large teams and complex projects.

Further enhancing Mr. DelRosso's credentials are several professional credentials. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified by Moresteam University, equipping him with expertise in process improvement methodologies. He also completed a certificate of professional development in global business strategy from The Wharton School.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. DelRosso is actively involved in civic initiatives and community engagement programs. He serves as a coach for the Virginia Lacrosse Club and other club teams, as well as for his son's lacrosse team, sharing his passion for sports with young athletes while fostering teamwork and discipline. Through Hertz, Mr. DelRosso sponsors activities with the Boys and Girls Club and participates in community outreach programs designed to motivate teams toward making a greater impact locally.

Mr. DelRosso's dedication has been recognized through numerous awards. Among his most notable achievement was receiving the Chief Executive Officer Employee of the Year Award in 2019, an honor bestowed upon only two individuals that year. This recognition came during a transformative period when Hertz entered the last-mile delivery business amid Amazon's rapid expansion. Tasked by senior leadership with building this new business segment, Mr. DelRosso developed a go-to-market strategy and collaborated with executive leadership and the board to execute the plan. Over 18 months, he led efforts that resulted in building a $350 million business from inception. Earlier, Mr. DelRosso was selected as one of 40 leadership winners at Hertz in 2012.

Attributing much of his success to his competitiveness and strong work ethic, these qualities were instilled early on by family influences and reinforced throughout Mr. DelRosso's education and career experiences. He believes that sustained achievement is directly linked to team strength, which is why he invests considerable effort in training, equipping staff with the necessary tools, and providing constructive feedback.
