A fast-rising figure in the New York real estate industry known for her perseverance and profound strength in the face of adversity, Ms. Fitzpatrick currently serves as an associate broker, a position she has held since 2023, and currently works at RE/MAX Plus. Based in Ontario, New York, with her office in Brighton, she provides residential real estate, marketing, client retention and community-building services throughout Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne counties as part of the greater Rochester market.

Ms. Fitzpatrick is widely recognized for her innovative approach to marketing, dedicating significant time to developing strategies that set her apart at both Howard Hanna and RE/MAX Plus. She has taught herself advanced skills to benefit her clients, including the use of artificial intelligence applications and the creation of a proprietary app that guides clients through each step of the buying process while offering her personal support.

In her daily work, Ms. Fitzpatrick divides her time between showing homes, monitoring market activity, and maintaining close communication with her clients. Mondays are reserved for following up with clients who viewed properties over the weekend and addressing any issues in ongoing transactions. The remainder of the week is spent reaching out to past clients, checking on their needs and deepening relationships. She also devotes time each day to analyzing recent sales and current listings, seeking to understand what drives a property's success or stagnation, and contacts other agents in areas of interest to gather firsthand information on buyer traffic and demand.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, Ms. Fitzpatrick has doubled her production every year, beginning with $1.5 million in sales during her first year. She has chosen not to build a team of agents under her name, preferring a hands-on approach that allows her to give every client her full attention. Additionally, her husband holds a real estate license and works with her on a limited basis while maintaining a full-time position at a clean energy plant in Ontario.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Plus in late 2025, Ms. Fitzpatrick was affiliated with Howard Hanna as a real estate agent and later as an associate real estate broker for two years in Webster, New York. Quickly making an impact at Howard Hanna, she was presented with the Rising Star award and subsequently named a mentor for her office before going on to guide agents from other offices as well. She was also featured as a Rising Star in Real Producers magazine and highlighted in a Greater Rochester Real Producers article in 2026.

Ms. Fitzpatrick's commitment to ongoing professional growth is evident through her active involvement on the board of directors for both the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors as well as her service on the Professional Standards Committee. She approaches every transaction by considering what she would want if she were the buyer or if it were her own son purchasing a home — an inclusive perspective shaped by personal experience and a deep commitment to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Academically, Ms. Fitzpatrick pursued higher education and earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Rochester, graduating in 1997. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she is certified as a residential specialist, full-service professional, accredited buyer's representative, and senior real estate specialist. In 2023, she also became licensed as an associate broker after two years in practice.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Fitzpatrick attributes much of her success to determination, education, and an unwavering curiosity that drives her to seek answers where others might hesitate. She values knowledge as power and is quick to admit when she does not know something, always making it a priority to find solutions for herself and those she serves.

Civic engagement has long been another hallmark of Ms. Fitzpatrick's career. She has volunteered at multiple hospitals and co-founded a backpack and school supply drive alongside her husband in 2022. What began with 10 backpacks distributed at the Howard Hanna office has since grown into an initiative that provides nearly 300 backpacks annually for children in Wayne County and the City of Rochester, made possible through donations coordinated with local businesses and volunteers. In partnership with Bert's Bikes, she also organized gift card distributions so families could have their children properly fitted for bicycle helmets.

Ms. Fitzpatrick's personal life reflects many of the same values found in her professional endeavors. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1975 before relocating due to civil unrest, she spent her early childhood years in Virginia before attending boarding school in Switzerland for two years and then moving to Egypt for high school. Today, she is the proud mother of three sons and happily married to her spouse John; together they have navigated the devastating loss of their oldest son, Alexander, in 2015, continuing to honor his memory through everything they do. She and John share interests such as traveling — including recent trips to Iceland for a solar eclipse — as well as reading historical fiction books and practicing yoga.

Determined to further her impact in the coming years, Ms. Fitzpatrick intends to continue strengthening relationships with her clients, growing her role within industry leadership circles and expanding the business partnership she shares with her husband.
