WEST PALM BEACH, FL, September 24, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process. Deen A. Cadi, CPA, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who for his mission to bring the knowledge and practices that organize ultra-high-net-worth families to high-income earners and families across America, so they can keep more of what they earn, invest it wisely and leave the world better than they found it.

Mr. Cadi describes his purpose simply. The world's wealthiest families do not rely on luck or secret investments; they rely a set methodologies and practices that build and secure passage of intergenerational wealth in tax efficient manner. He believes that this model should not be reserved for fortunes measured in billions, and he has made this available to physicians, founders, executives, business owners and professional families who earn significant incomes and build meaningful assets but have never had a family office behind them. He pursues that purpose as founder and Managing Member of Deen Cadi CPA PLLC, but he traces its origins much further back.

A Mission Formed at Home

Mr. Cadi is the son of an accountant and a business owner. He grew up watching his parents work harder than almost anyone he has met since, stretching every dollar so their children could have the education and opportunities they never had. They did everything right. What they lacked was anyone looking at their financial life as a whole.

That childhood left him with two convictions that still guide his work. The first is that effort alone does not secure a family; structure does. The second is that the families who work hardest are often the least protected. "My parents gave us every chance they could," he said. "I've spent my career learning what they were never shown, so I can put it in the hands of families like them.

A Career Spent Learning How Wealth Endures

Mr. Cadi began in public accounting in 2002 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008. In 2002 he also pursued a Master of Science in Law and Accounting at The London School of Economics and Political Science, one of UK's ivy league academic institutions, adding a legal lens to his financial training that would later shape how he approaches ownership, entities and estates.

He spent more than a decade in international development finance, where he invested in new or existing (restructuring) private equity opportunities across multiple jurisdictions, where the return on investment was measured not only by financial performance but also by its impact on the communities it reached. His area of expertise was financial sector development and through a decade of policy work with multiple central banks, he focused on building effective financial services sectors and the enabling environment they need to serve an economy. That work showed him how lasting institutions are built: a clear mandate, disciplined governance and standards for leadership that outlive their authors. Alongside it, he co-invested with the family offices of multi-billion-dollar families, an experience that would redefine the direction of his career.

His path then led into boardrooms and global operations. He served on the board and audit committee of multi-billion dollar bank from 2012-2015, held financial leadership roles in one of the largest American oil & gas companies from 2019 to 2023, leading the financial operations across significant international markets, where he learned to manage cash conversion cycle and credit risk as one discipline.

What the Wealthiest Families Know

Working inside and alongside the family offices of multi-billion-dollar families, Mr. Cadi observed a consistent set of practices that helped structure and secure sizeable family fortunes.

Those families treated their wealth as an enterprise. They kept one plan across tax, investments, estate, entities, insurance and liquidity, and one team whose members work from the same facts. They held assets in deliberate structures rather than in whatever form they happened to be acquired. They reviewed their position on a set calendar rather than when something goes wrong. They wrote down what the wealth was for, established family governance around it and prepared the next generation to lead long before a transition took place. And they often placed part of their wealth in foundations and other purpose-driven institutions that carried the family's values forward.

High-income families, by contrast, typically have capable advisors who each manage one piece and rarely speak to one another. "The playbook was never secret," Mr. Cadi said. "It simply was never offered to the families who work hardest for what they have. My job is to translate it to their scale."

Translation is the heart of his contribution. A single-family office can employ a full staff cost 3-5 Million dollars annually. A family earning several hundred thousands or millions of dollars a year cannot afford a full-fledged family office setup. Mr. Cadi's work has been to distill the same disciplines into a repeatable methodology that coordinates the family's existing advisors and brings in specialists only where they are needed.

A Methodology Built on the Family Office Model

Mr. Cadi's methodology comes directly from that experience. It is the family office model, as he saw it practiced for multi-billion-dollar families and in the institutions and major transactions around them, rebuilt for families who have significant income and assets but no office of their own.

The eight pillars required for building resilient wealth are the areas a well-run family office keeps current together: tax, investment, estate, asset protection, business and entity, insurance and risk, cash flow and liquidity, and legacy and family governance. The five income decisions his work is organized around, structure, compensation, capital deployment, succession and exit, are the questions those offices bring to every enterprise the family owns. And the process itself follows the family office rhythm: an assessment of where things stand, a written review of the documents and facts behind it, a sequenced plan with a clear owner for each step, and a standing calendar of reviews so the plan stays current as life changes.

The rest of his career sharpened that model. His CPA and legal education anchor it in tax and structure, where much of a family's ability to keep what it earns is decided. His years managing portfolios and running finance inside a global company reinforced the discipline of avoiding concentration and protecting liquidity. And his work in development finance showed him how capital can be governed around a lasting mission, which shapes how he approaches legacy.

The result is wealth built to be secure, stable and aligned with a purpose. In this way, the organizing discipline of the world's largest family offices becomes a process a high-income American family can follow, at a scale and cost that fits its life.

Wealth Aligned With a Better Tomorrow

The part of the work Mr. Cadi cares about most begins with a question he asks every client. "Everyone can name what's getting worse," he said. "I ask what is the one thing you would like to make better. That answer gives the wealth a direction."

With that answer, he helps families, working with their attorneys, place a portion of their wealth into charitable and purpose-driven structures such as private foundations. The founder defines the mission and the standards for leadership. Successors are prepared to serve as custodians of that institution and step into the role when they qualify and meet the requirements the founder set. Rather than leaving only an inheritance to be divided, a family leaves an institution that keeps improving the thing it chose to improve.

This is where his development finance experience and his upbringing meet. Capital, he learned abroad, can be structured to serve both a return and a mission. Responsibility, he learned at home, is the most valuable thing a parent can pass on. "Children shouldn't inherit a fortune to divide and expose the inheritance to individual circumstances," Mr. Cadi said. "They should inherit a job worth doing, and a seat they have shown they can hold."

A Commitment to Service

Mr. Cadi's sense of responsibility extends beyond his clients. From 2024 to 2026, he served with the Texas State Guard, part of the Texas Military Department, with the rank of Corporal. He serves as Treasurer of Divine Brand Collective and as Board Secretary of Burn Survivors Through the World.

Looking Ahead

Mr. Cadi is building Deen Cadi CPA PLLC into a national firm so that this approach can reach families wherever they live. The firm maintains offices in West Palm Beach, Florida; Houston, Texas; and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with Boston and Washington, D.C., planned before the end of 2026. Families typically begin with a complimentary Wealth Resilience Assessment and a written Wealth Resilience Blueprint before any further work is recommended. Ongoing planning continues through Ascend, the firm's tiered tax and advisory service. Defined needs, such as professional trustee and fiduciary work or cross-border coordination, are served through the firm's Private Office. Within Private Office, Mr. Cadi reserves Counsel: The Family Office Advisor for the most complex circumstances or a major family event, where one advisor must hold the tax, wealth, estate, entity, liquidity and legacy decisions together. Counsel is offered by invitation only.

He measures the work family by family. "I want to change the world," he said. "The only way I've ever seen that actually happen is one family at a time."
