Over time, Mr. Campbell expanded his real estate portfolio to include a 60-unit property in Clarion, several duplexes, a seven-unit property with an attached storefront, and a 70-unit apartment building acquired from a local university. Under his guidance, the business grew from 17 units to 144 units, reflecting both his strategic vision and operational expertise.

Mr. Campbell's career foundation was laid during his tenure of nearly 30 years in management at United Parcel Service (UPS), which equipped him with a wealth of experience in human resources and business operations. These roles provided him with valuable skills in team leadership and organizational management that would later inform his approach to overseeing property managers and maintenance teams in his own businesses.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Campbell served at Citibank as both a teller and a mortgage loan officer. It was during this period that he developed a deep understanding of mortgage financing and financial literacy — knowledge that became central to his success as a real estate investor. Before entering the banking sector, he held positions as a security guard and performed various odd jobs to support himself after leaving college early due to family obligations.

The trajectory of Mr. Campbell's career is deeply intertwined with the personal journey he undertook from childhood poverty in Jamaica to reach professional accomplishment in the United States. Reflecting on his storied journey to date, he attributes much of his success to his faith in Jesus Christ and God as well as the ethics instilled in him by his mother, father and stepmother. From an early age, he sought out mentors among older individuals rather than peers — particularly his uncle who lived in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn — learning resilience and determination that helped him overcome significant obstacles.

Beyond his business pursuits, Mr. Campbell is known for his involvement in civic-minded initiatives. He participates in a domino club within Caribbean communities — an outlet for the competitive spirit that also fueled his achievements as an athlete growing up. Excelling in football, basketball and baseball during his youth, he earned two athletic scholarships and later played men's senior league baseball on Long Island.

Mr. Campbell's commitment to service is most evident through longstanding involvement with his church community; he volunteered as treasurer of his church while also teaching Bible studies for eight years, delivering sermons and leading numerous study groups — activities he describes as genuine passions. He also spent eight years as vice president of the Jamaican American Adventist Association, helping to raise funds for schools that serve underprivileged communities in Jamaica. Although he is no longer formally part of the organization, he continues annual humanitarian trips with his wife to deliver school supplies, computers, books and clothing directly to these schools while engaging with students and staff.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Campbell aims to expand his business interests while pursuing an important family goal: bringing his mother, himself and his siblings together under one roof — potentially in Atlanta's Oxford or Conyers area — so they may share more time together as a family.
