Her early work focused on hospice care before she specialized in wound care, fueling her approach with an emphasis on compassion, efficiency and adaptability. The transition from healthcare to entrepreneurship was prompted by her father's retirement, marking a pivotal moment that allowed her to blend her people skills with family tradition.
