Earlier in her second tenure at PayPal, Ms. Camera Santos served as Director of Issuance Partnerships from 2022 to 2023 and, before that, as Director of Payments Partnerships. Her responsibilities spanned card issuance, payments economics, strategic partnerships and financial technology regulation. Her relationship with PayPal began in Brazil in 2012, when she joined as an intern during the company's early expansion in the market. She subsequently advanced through roles in payments, financial services, chief of staff, product marketing and product management.

Ms. Camera Santos first joined eBay in 2018 as a global payments leader, contributing to the company's payments strategy and product portfolio across key international markets. Across her career, she has expanded her focus from analyzing and developing financial products to leading partnerships, shaping business models and building businesses. Ms. Camera Santos earned a Global Executive Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in 2026. She also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil, graduating in 2013.
