Mr. Foster is the founder and chief executive officer of Digital Coast Media, known as DCM, where he leads digital strategy, brand development, advertising, content and media initiatives for organizations across the United States. Drawing on more than two decades of experience spanning marketing, film and television production, digital media and emerging technology, he has built a career around helping organizations communicate more effectively, strengthen their brands and turn their stories into measurable growth.

The origins of DCM date to 2006, when Mr. Foster founded AEF Media, a company whose name was inspired by his family. What began primarily as a media and video production company evolved alongside the rapidly changing digital landscape, eventually becoming Digital Coast Media. Today, Mr. Foster leads DCM as a full-service digital strategy and media company, developing integrated marketing strategies, architecting brand and digital ecosystems, overseeing advertising and media campaigns, producing creative content and advising organizations and agencies on digital growth.

In addition to his leadership at DCM, Mr. Foster serves as publisher of Our Mississippi Home, a statewide digital publication dedicated to telling positive and meaningful stories about Mississippi and its people. The platform reaches millions of people through digital and social media, and Mr. Foster's long-term vision is to build Our Mississippi Home into a nationally recognized destination for stories that challenge stereotypes and showcase the people, communities, culture and accomplishments of his home state.

Mr. Foster's career has crossed several areas of media and communications. During the economic uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, he accepted the role of director of marketing and technology at Nexus Therapy Management, serving from 2021 to 2023 while continuing to own and operate DCM. In that position, he oversaw marketing initiatives and technology strategy while maintaining his entrepreneurial work through DCM. As the business environment stabilized, Mr. Foster returned his full professional focus to DCM and its continued growth.

Earlier in his career, he worked in digital strategy, project management, film and television production, web development and emerging social media for organizations including Ad.In Advertising LLC, Pure Flix, SkipStone Pictures, Five & Two Pictures, Methinx Entertainment and KMAR Industries.

From 2009 to 2017, Mr. Foster also served as a tour representative for Premier Productions, working within the Christian music industry and alongside the legendary Gaither Vocal Band and numerous Christian artists and ministries. His experience in faith-based entertainment also included work associated with film productions and projects involving recognized figures and studios in the entertainment industry.

Before beginning his civilian media career, Mr. Foster served four years in the United States Navy as a rescue swimmer and aircrewman, including deployment in support of operations related to the conflict in Bosnia during the 1990s. He later worked as a contractor supporting the United States Air Force. The discipline, adaptability and responsibility developed through military service would become foundational to his approach to leadership and entrepreneurship.

Among the many chapters of his career, Mr. Foster considers his years as a youth pastor and ministering to young people to be one of the most meaningful, while simultaneously building his business ventures. He views that work not as separate from his professional journey, but as part of the same calling to invest in people, build relationships and use his abilities in service to something greater than himself.

Mr. Foster earned a Bachelor of Science in strategic communication and interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University in 2021 and an Associate of Science in film and television production from Full Sail University in 2003. His education also included studies in motion pictures and television at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and radio, television and film at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.

Throughout his career, he has pursued continuing education in digital advertising, analytics and emerging media technologies, earning professional certifications and training through Google, Meta and numerous connected television platforms. More recently, his professional interests have expanded to include artificial intelligence and its implications for marketing, media, business operations, and digital communication.

Mr. Foster's creative work has also received industry recognition. His work with "228 Sports Presents" earned two Telly Awards: a Silver Telly as executive producer in 2023 and a Bronze Telly as director in 2024.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Foster has remained active in civic and community service. His involvement has included volunteering with Our Daily Bread in Pascagoula, serving as president of the Pascagoula chapter of Kiwanis International and participating in organizations including Rotary International, United Way of Jackson & George Counties and the Gulf Coast Business Council.

Reflecting on more than two decades across military service, ministry, entrepreneurship, media and marketing, Mr. Foster attributes his opportunities and accomplishments first to his faith in God and a willingness to follow where he believes he has been led. He also credits relationships as one of the defining forces of his career, noting that many of its most important opportunities have emerged through people who believed in him, opened doors or connected him with the next chapter of his journey.

Born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Mr. Foster remains deeply connected to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and considers his family central to both his life and his accomplishments. He and his wife, Pam, are the parents of two children, Addison and Elliott. Addison currently attends Liberty University, continuing her connection to the university where her father earned his bachelor's degree. Mr. Foster credits his family with providing the foundation, encouragement and perspective that have accompanied him throughout the many chapters of his career.

Outside of his professional work, Mr. Foster enjoys fishing, boating, exploring developments in artificial intelligence and, most importantly, spending time with his family. Looking ahead, he intends to continue growing DCM while using its resources and capabilities to support community organizations, foundations and charitable initiatives.
