Concurrently from 2019 to 2022, he was the president and chief executive officer at Drew Marine in Whippany, New Jersey.

Mr. Monteiro's earlier career includes serving as a chief operating officer at MacDermid Performance Solutions in Waterbury from 2015 to 2017 and as chief financial officer at Platform Specialty Products Corporation between 2013 and 2015. He was also the chief financial officer at MacDermid Performance Solutions between 2010 and 2013 after holding various accounting and finance positions there between 1998 and 2010.

Mr. Monteiro's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, earned in 1992 after graduating from Holy Cross High School in Waterbury in 1988. His academic training laid the foundation for his analytical approach to business challenges and provided him with the skills necessary for success in finance and operations management.
