Since 2022, he has served as the president of Wycliffe School of Theology, overseeing all academic operations for an institution specializing in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in eschatological prophecy. In this capacity, Dr. Reece manages the eschatological prophecy department, coordinates admissions activities, processes academic fees, and ensures the smooth operation of daily school functions. He also distributes doctoral dissertations to the doctoral board for review and feedback. Dr. Reece considers his role as president of Wycliffe School of Theology his most significant professional accomplishment.

From 2020 to 2024, Dr. Reece served as academic dean at Wycliffe Theological Seminary, where he guided the seminary's academic direction and supported faculty and students in their scholarly pursuits. Prior to his academic leadership roles, he spent nearly five decades in the electrical industry while maintaining a consistent presence in ministry, particularly as a teacher specializing in End-Times Prophecy for 40 years.

He also contributed as executive secretary and chief operating officer for AASR - St. Joseph Valley from 2013 to 2020, providing organizational oversight and operational management.

Between 2010 and 2020, Dr. Reece was managing partner at Endeavor Electrical Construction LLP, where he oversaw business operations and project execution. His earlier experience includes serving as an estimator at Pro Circuit Inc from 2007 to 2009 and as the owner of Stone Creek Custom Woodworking from 2001 to 2008, where he managed custom woodworking projects. Additionally, he served as an estimator at Barts Electric Co. from 2001 to 2004.

From 1998 to 2000, Dr. Reece was a service and project manager at Kansas City Electrical Construction, responsible for managing service contracts and project delivery. He previously served as director of marketing at PC&E Inc from 1993 to 1997.

Dr. Reece's professional journey began with military service as an E-4 in the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1976. This foundational experience instilled discipline and a commitment to service that have remained central throughout his varied career.

A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Reece holds a Doctor of Philosophy (2025), a Doctor of Theology from Wycliffe Theological Seminary (2022), a Doctor of Eschatology from Luder-Wycliffe Theological Seminary (2019), a Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies from Covington Theological Seminary (2007), and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Lael College & Graduate School (2003). He is also a graduate of Pattonville Senior High School (1970). In addition to these academic achievements, Dr. Reece earned the Claude 101 Certification from Anthropic in 2026.

Throughout his career, Dr. Reece has attributed his success to divine guidance and support from God, which he credits as essential to his accomplishments and resilience across multiple fields.

Civic engagement has been a hallmark of Dr. Reece's life. He currently serves as pastor at Faucett Christian Church and twice held the title of Grand Royal Patron with the Order of the Amaranth, where he played an active role in fundraising for diabetes research.

As chairman of the committee responsible for establishing the Masonic Museum of Missouri, Dr. Reece led efforts over five years that resulted in the development of a $1,500,000 budget and the successful construction of the museum. His dedication to ritualistic excellence was recognized with an award for ritualistic work by the Masonic Fraternity in 2015.

On a personal level, Dr. Reece is dedicated to his family as a father to three adult children—Nathan in Atlanta, working as a private contractor specializing in window and shutter installation; Michelle residing in Greenwood, South Carolina, where she helps operate a cattle ranch and works for the Greenwood Police Department; and Jimmy, based in St. Louis who is engaged as a private contractor focused on residential remodeling—along with six grandchildren who bring him great pride.

Writing remains one of Dr. Reece's enduring passions outside his professional responsibilities. Looking ahead, he envisions expanding Wycliffe School of Theology into an institution with global reach by introducing new programs, such as bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in biblical studies, while collaborating with colleagues like Dr. John Brantley (the dean of academics) to further enhance Christian education offerings. His ultimate goal is to ensure that Wycliffe School thrives independently well into the future, underscoring his steadfast commitment to educational excellence and institutional sustainability.
