Mr. Gierges's relationship with STRUMIS began through his work with the software at a steel fabrication facility in Saudi Arabia, where he developed firsthand knowledge of the systems and processes used in the industry. He later joined STRUMIS in a technical management role in the United Arab Emirates, contributing to the company's operations across the MENA region. His career with STRUMIS eventually led him to North America, where he played a key role in stabilizing and growing the U.S. operation. Under his leadership, the office tripled its team size and significantly increased its annual revenue. The growth of the North American operation represents one of his most significant professional achievements.

Before joining STRUMIS, Mr. Gierges developed his technical and management experience through roles in telecommunications and the steel industry. At BEMCO Steel Industries Co. in Saudi Arabia, he served as an MIS engineer from 2010 to 2011 before advancing to MIS manager, a position he held until 2012. In these roles, he gained valuable experience applying information systems and technology within a steel fabrication environment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gierges worked with Vodafone in Egypt as a senior sales adviser and technical support specialist from 2007 to 2010, where he combined technical knowledge with customer service and relationship management. He began his professional career in 2006 as a site engineer with RTD Company, working on AMP network installations in Egypt.

Mr. Gierges's academic background provided the technical foundation for his career in technology and management. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer and software engineering from the faculty of electronic engineering at Menoufia University in Egypt in 2006. To further enhance his business acumen, he completed a mini Master of Business Administration course in business administration and management at Warnborough College in 2015. Additionally, Mr. Gierges completed customer service management training through Scitron Training and TBE Training Associates in the United States. These educational achievements have provided him with both the technical foundation and managerial insight necessary for his success.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gierges has developed expertise in steel industry technology, software implementation, business development and management.
