ATLANTA, GA, October 01, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paola Moncivais has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mrs. Moncivais is a global human resources executive whose career has been defined by organizational transformation, talent development, culture building and a passion for helping people and organizations reach their full potential. With more than two decades of progressive human resources experience, she has partnered with senior executives and led people strategies across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Since October 2025, Mrs. Moncivais has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Lenbrook in Atlanta, where she leads the organization's human resources strategy and operations in support of approximately 350 associates. As a member of the senior leadership team, she partners closely with executive leaders to advance organizational priorities while strengthening the associate experience and building leadership capability.
Her responsibilities encompass organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, associate engagement, employee relations and organizational design. She has also developed and implemented a three-year human resources strategic plan focused on retention, the associate experience, leadership effectiveness and building a strong, sustainable organizational culture.
In addition to leading human resources, Mrs. Moncivais serves as Lenbrook's Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing corporate compliance and policy governance. Her approach to leadership emphasizes accountability, trust, collaboration and the belief that strong cultures are intentionally built through the everyday actions of leaders. Under her HR leadership, Lenbrook achieved an 84% associate satisfaction and engagement rating in its most recent Culture & Engagement Survey.
Before joining Lenbrook, Mrs. Moncivais served as Senior Global Human Resources Director at Smurfit Westrock, where she partnered with senior leaders across Packaging, Machinery and Automation and helped shape people and talent strategies during a period of significant organizational growth and transformation. Her work encompassed organizational effectiveness, workforce optimization, talent and succession planning, employee relations, performance management and integration initiatives across multiple regions.
A defining chapter of Mrs. Moncivais's career was her more than decade-long tenure with The Coca-Cola Company, where she advanced through six global human resources leadership roles and gained extensive experience leading across cultures, functions and geographies.
As Global Human Resources Director for Platform Services, she served as a strategic partner to executive leadership and supported approximately 900 associates across the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Her work included designing and implementing people strategies, organizational and capability planning, talent development, succession planning, change management, performance enablement and associate engagement. She also helped oversee capability and workforce initiatives involving more than 1,500 associates through a major third-party partnership.
Among her most meaningful professional experiences came in 2019, when Mrs. Moncivais relocated to Liberia, Costa Rica, to help establish the people strategy for a state-of-the-art greenfield Coca-Cola concentrate manufacturing facility. Joining the operation during its earliest stages, she helped take the organization from concept to full operation while creating its people practices, leadership capabilities and organizational culture from the ground up.
Her vision was to create more than a manufacturing facility; it was to help build a workplace characterized by innovation, agility, inclusion, collaboration and high performance. She led initiatives spanning organizational design, capability development, talent acquisition and development, change management, communications, leadership coaching and employee engagement. During her leadership, the facility achieved 50% female representation, an accomplishment that reflected her longstanding commitment to creating opportunities for women and building diverse talent pipelines.
Mrs. Moncivais considers the Costa Rica assignment one of the most transformational experiences of her career because it demonstrated what is possible when people strategy is embedded into the foundation of an organization rather than added after the fact. Building a culture from the ground up strengthened her belief that an organization's greatest competitive advantage is its people — and that leaders have a responsibility to create environments where individuals can contribute, grow and thrive.
Developing others has remained a consistent theme throughout Mrs. Moncivais's career. At Coca-Cola, she contributed to employee resource and professional development initiatives supporting Hispanic and female talent and participated in programs designed to strengthen leadership capability and career advancement. She has also served as Vice President and board member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.
Mrs. Moncivais is particularly passionate about uplifting women in the workplace. Throughout her career, she has mentored professionals, advocated for opportunities that strengthen representation and delivered dynamic workshops focused on leadership, professional development, team effectiveness and organizational culture. She views leadership not simply as achieving business results, but as creating opportunities for others to recognize their capabilities and advance with confidence.
Mrs. Moncivais earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1996. Committed to continuous learning, she completed the Women in Leadership: Driving Transformation Through Innovation and Resilience program through Emory University in 2023. She continues to expand her knowledge in emerging areas, including the application of artificial intelligence within human resources.
She attributes her professional success to resilience, curiosity, continuous growth and an enduring passion for people. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership and the conviction that human resources must operate as a strategic business partner — understanding the business, anticipating organizational needs and creating people strategies that enable sustainable performance.
For Mrs. Moncivais, success is measured not only by the organizations she has helped transform but also by the people she has helped develop along the way. She hopes her professional legacy will be defined by building future-ready organizations, developing courageous and capable leaders, creating high-performance cultures and helping others see possibilities in themselves they may not have previously recognized.
Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. Mrs. Moncivais has volunteered as an interview coach and résumé reviewer for the Center for the Visually Impaired in Atlanta and has served as a presenter with Career Ministries. She also supports charitable efforts that provide essential items to teenage girls in developing communities.
Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Moncivais embraces opportunities that challenge her perspective and broaden her understanding of the world. She enjoys reading, traveling internationally with her husband and experiencing different cultures. She has even taken on the challenge of rappelling — an experience reflective of the courage and willingness to move beyond one's comfort zone that have characterized much of her professional journey.
Looking ahead, Mrs. Moncivais aspires to continue expanding her impact as a senior human resources executive and ultimately serve as a Chief Human Resources Officer. Whether within continuing care, consumer products or another complex organization undergoing transformation, she intends to continue building workplaces where business strategy and people strategy are inseparable.
As she considers the next chapter of her career, Mrs. Moncivais remains equally committed to giving back, particularly by becoming more deeply involved in Atlanta's Hispanic community and supporting the advancement of women and emerging leaders.
At the heart of her career is a simple leadership belief: organizations become stronger when their people are given the opportunity, support and confidence to become stronger themselves.
