MARGATE, FL, October 01, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ryan Rattray has been recognized for his achievements in legal practice management.

Mr. Rattray serves as practice manager at Bader Bodnar Law, bringing more than 20 years of experience in personal injury case management and client service. He oversees daily operations, supervises staff and works closely with the firm's attorney to support its personal injury practice. His career reflects a commitment to thorough preparation, compassionate communication and leadership grounded in honesty and integrity.

Born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida, Mr. Rattray draws much of his motivation from his Jamaican heritage and the example of his immigrant parents. Watching them work extremely hard shaped his understanding of perseverance and the effort required to build a future. As he carved out his own career, their example inspired him to approach every responsibility with a commitment to excellence.

His introduction to the legal profession began while he was working part-time during college. During this period, he met Eliot Bader, a senior partner who frequented the store where he worked. Mr. Bader recognized something familiar in the young Mr. Rattray, telling him, "Hey, you remind me of myself." That moment remains meaningful to Mr. Rattray as a reminder that others sometimes recognize potential in a person before that person sees it in himself. The part-time position Mr. Bader offered grew into a lasting mentorship that helped shape his career and his approach to people.

Among Mr. Bader's most enduring lessons was that people matter and every case deserves attention, whether large or small. He taught Mr. Rattray to treat everyone with respect, reminding him that the people encountered on the way up may be the same people encountered on the way down. Those lessons continue to influence how Mr. Rattray supports clients, leads staff and builds relationships.

Mr. Rattray earned a bachelor's degree from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, in 2006, where he received Dean's List recognition. After graduation, he assumed full-time responsibilities at the firm, developing his knowledge of legal operations and personal injury case management under Mr. Bader's guidance.

As the practice evolved from Bader Stillman Adler to BaderStillman and later Bader Injury Law, Mr. Rattray took on increasing responsibility for staff supervision, client relations and case management. Following Mr. Bader's passing, the practice became Bader Bodnar Law, where Mr. Rattray works closely with managing partner Austin Bodnar to oversee firm operations, support case development and maintain the personalized client service that has shaped his career.

Daily client interaction remains central to his role. Mr. Rattray meets with prospective clients to discuss the circumstances of their accidents, gather information for the attorney's evaluation and guide them through the intake process. Working alongside managing partner Austin Bodnar, he supports case development, reviews progress and helps maintain communication throughout pre-litigation claims and matters handled by litigation counsel. Under attorney supervision, he also communicates with insurance companies and oversees the medical bill reduction and approval process.

His leadership responsibilities include staff supervision, file reviews and consistent follow-up to keep cases progressing and clients informed. He encourages teamwork, accountability and open communication, while building relationships with medical providers and local businesses.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Rattray has helped support clients whose injuries and losses were initially undervalued by insurance companies. Working alongside attorneys, he has contributed to case preparation and client advocacy efforts in matters that ultimately resulted in seven-figure settlements. These experiences have reinforced his belief in listening carefully to clients and ensuring their concerns are brought to the attorney's attention.

For Mr. Rattray, meaningful client relationships require authenticity, personal attention and compassion. In a practice built largely through word-of-mouth referrals, he understands that each recommendation reflects someone's trust. He believes that preserving that trust begins with integrity: doing what is right even when no one is watching. He also makes time, when needed, to communicate with clients and their loved ones beyond regular office hours, recognizing that a question or concern does not always arise during the workday. Being reachable is one way he helps clients feel supported throughout their cases.

Mr. Rattray also represents the firm at events it sponsors at local elementary schools. Through his participation, he helps families and educators get to know the people behind the practice, demonstrating the firm's commitment to being an active community partner and an accessible resource when legal needs arise.

His faith also guides his commitment to serving others. Beyond the office, Mr. Rattray serves as a deacon and a member of his church's steering committee and coaches youth soccer in Coral Springs. These roles give him opportunities to carry the same care and respect he values professionally into his community.

His wife, Cassandre, and their sons, Gavin and Asher, are central to his motivation. He wants his children to see firsthand what hard work and dedication can make possible. Through Take Your Child to Work Day, he has introduced his sons to his work in personal injury case management, including opportunities to sit alongside him during client meetings and learn how the firm helps people navigate different aspects of their cases. They have also met surgeons, worn medical gowns and gained hands-on exposure to medical equipment, helping them understand how medical care connects with the cases his office handles. For Mr. Rattray, these experiences are a way to encourage his sons' curiosity while showing them the importance of compassion, professionalism and service to others.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rattray plans to pursue a Juris Doctor degree. After more than two decades in personal injury practice, he feels the timing is right. The maturity, perspective and insight he has gained have strengthened his belief that he has more to offer. Continuing his education represents a personal ambition and an opportunity to build on the work that has given his career meaning, while showing his sons that growth and learning can continue at every stage of life.
