Since 2024, Dr. Adeniyi has served at HyCite, where his responsibilities have progressed across database engineering, data architecture, enterprise technology leadership, and Data and AI. His work encompasses enterprise database and data architecture, modernization strategy, platform engineering and reliability, governance, cloud adoption, automation and AI enablement. He has led multidisciplinary technical teams while helping establish engineering standards, strengthen database reliability, modernize legacy environments and develop governance frameworks supporting the organization's evolving data and AI capabilities.

A defining aspect of Dr. Adeniyi's tenure at HyCite has been his evolution from implementing and operating enterprise systems to architecting, governing and modernizing them. His work has included shaping the enterprise data architecture roadmap, addressing complex platform and reliability challenges, advancing proactive business intelligence, introducing automation and supporting AI enablement across a large legacy technology environment. He has also contributed to the company's internal AI Center of Excellence.

Dr. Adeniyi takes particular pride in helping organizations modernize deliberately rather than pursuing technology transformation for its own sake. His approach emphasizes scalable business value while maintaining security, reliability, governance, operational continuity and appropriate human oversight. His efforts have contributed to stronger engineering standards, database reliability, governance and automation while positioning enterprise environments for responsible cloud and AI adoption.

Alongside his enterprise leadership career, Dr. Adeniyi is the founder and chief AI architect of FEUS.ai, operating within the broader FEUS Electronics Group technology venture he established in Georgia. His entrepreneurial technology work dates to 2006, while the present FEUS.ai initiative represents the evolution of that foundation toward enterprise Data and AI solutions. He previously served as associate director of information technology within the organization from 2012 to 2013.

Through FEUS.ai, Dr. Adeniyi is developing a governed multi-agent AI platform designed to translate enterprise-grade Data and AI capabilities into practical, scalable and responsible solutions. His work explores AI-assisted database operations, agentic automation, governance controls, human-in-the-loop decision-making, privacy and personally identifiable information safeguards, synthetic data, security validation, model orchestration and cost-conscious AI deployment. The initiative reflects his broader objective of making responsible AI useful not only to large enterprises but also to smaller organizations, technology teams, founders and entrepreneurs.

In 2026, Dr. Adeniyi also contributed as a database observability and AI-assisted operations consultant for Madison Gas and Electric, applying his experience in database engineering, monitoring, automation and operational intelligence.

Prior to his current work, Dr. Adeniyi served at Microsoft from 2023 to 2024 as a senior global delivery cloud solutions architect specializing in Data and AI. In that capacity, he worked with enterprise organizations on cloud, data and artificial intelligence transformation, further expanding the architectural perspective that now informs his work across Data and AI strategy.

Between 2021 and 2023, Dr. Adeniyi served as a senior SQL database administrator and consultant at Fortified, following four years as a senior database administrator at Experity from 2017 to 2021. His earlier positions included senior SQL database administrator and team lead for enterprise systems at Liberty Tax from 2015 to 2017 and senior SQL Server database administrator at The Emirates Group in the United Arab Emirates from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Adeniyi served as a lead SQL Server database infrastructure engineer for Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited in Nigeria from 2010 to 2012. His professional foundation also includes information technology infrastructure engineering experience with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise between 2009 and 2010.

Dr. Adeniyi's entry into technology began with his training as an electrical engineer and an interest in building systems that enable businesses and communities to operate. A pivotal experience occurred during his industrial training with Alcatel-Lucent, the principal technical provider supporting Globacom, where he contributed to work associated with a submarine cable project connecting West Africa to Europe. Exposure to the data and information systems supporting large-scale telecommunications infrastructure helped deepen his interest in data management.

That experience began a progression through infrastructure engineering, database administration, database engineering, enterprise systems and architecture. Over subsequent years, Dr. Adeniyi expanded into cloud computing, data architecture, governance and enterprise-scale transformation before advancing more deeply into artificial intelligence through opportunities at Microsoft and his subsequent enterprise and entrepreneurial work.

Throughout his career, Dr. Adeniyi has combined deep technical experience with business and technology leadership. His areas of expertise encompass enterprise data architecture, database engineering, cloud modernization, artificial intelligence and agentic automation, Data and AI strategy, governance, platform reliability, security, automation and enterprise technology transformation.

Dr. Adeniyi's educational background has provided a multidisciplinary foundation for this work. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian leadership and business from Cornerstone Christian University in 2025. In 2015, he completed dual Master of Business Administration degrees in logistics and supply chain management from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and Emirates Aviation University in the United Arab Emirates. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical and electronics engineering from Covenant University in Nigeria in 2010.

His academic background is complemented by professional certifications spanning cloud architecture, cybersecurity, project management, agile delivery and enterprise technology. These include AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, among other credentials in project management, cloud administration, infrastructure and information security. He also maintains active professional affiliations with organizations including the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance.

Dr. Adeniyi attributes his professional development not only to formal education and technical experience but also to the many teachers, trainers, mentors, professors, supervisors, colleagues and leaders who invested their knowledge, time and energy in his development. He gives special recognition to his late father, Architect Deinde Adeniyi (d. 2020), whose life, guidance and example remain an enduring influence on his values, work ethic, leadership and commitment to service. He considers these influences instrumental in shaping a leadership philosophy centered on continuous learning, accountability, knowledge sharing, service and creating opportunities for others.

Teaching and mentorship have consequently become important extensions of his professional work. Beyond his primary technology roles, Dr. Adeniyi has remained engaged as a mentor and community speaker, including within church circles and African immigrant communities in Georgia. Since approximately 2020, he has personally trained and mentored approximately a dozen students one-on-one in areas including data science and artificial intelligence.

He views knowledge transfer as an essential component of leadership and believes technological progress should ultimately improve opportunities for people.
