HOUSTON, TX, October 01, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stephanie McAnally has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Recognized for her expertise in fuel distribution operations and transportation management, Ms. McAnally is making a lasting impact in the industry as chief commercial officer of Elan Fuel Services LLC in Houston, Texas. Since 2026, she has been pivotal in streamlining the company's tracking and accounting processes, developing fuel tax reporting procedures, onboarding new customers, managing sales support and working closely with both the operations and maintenance teams. To further Elan's work in providing partners with generator fueling and emergency response services, she oversees dispatch operations, creates operational procedures to ensure controlled and sustainable growth, mentors her younger colleagues, and develops and implements technological solutions.
Prior to reaching her position at Elan Fuel Services, Ms. McAnally served as president of 3L Energy Solutions for two years, an impactful tenure that she considers one of her most significant professional achievements. When she assumed leadership, the company was on the brink of closing and struggled with its reputation in the Houston market. Within her first six months, she rebuilt the organization's operations from the ground up, replacing much of the staff and successfully transforming the business back into a respected industry player.
As the director of operations at Sun Coast Resources Inc. from 2022 to 2023, Ms. McAnally contributed to operational oversight and process improvements with the leading wholesale petroleum marketing firm. Prior to that, she was a senior transportation manager at Circle K from 2019 to 2022, focusing on transportation logistics within a large-scale retail environment.
Earlier in her career, Ms. McAnally served as the director of operations at Team Logistics Company from 2016 to 2019, during which she managed day-to-day safety and logistics functions and built and maintained key customer relationships. Concurrently, from 2016 to 2018, she worked as an operations manager at Lincoln Transportation Inc., further honing her skills in transportation management and compliance safety functions.
Gaining foundational experience in supply chain coordination within the fuel industry, Ms. McAnally spent four years as an area supply coordinator at Pilot Flying J with a focus on contract management, pricing strategies and transportation.
Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. McAnally pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Arizona State University in 1998. Her path into fuel distribution began after she completed five years of service in the United States Army and graduated from college. Rather than relying solely on her formal education, she started her career as a fuel driver and advanced by mastering nearly every role within the business over more than three decades. This hands-on approach has allowed her to relate equally well to drivers and executives alike throughout her career.
Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. McAnally attributes much of her success to a key mentor who believed in her abilities and provided her with opportunities for professional growth. Inspired by this experience, she has prioritized mentorship in her own leadership style, notably giving opportunities to talented but underappreciated colleagues — including one former colleague who continued to work with her at 3L Energy Solutions.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. McAnally is engaged in civic-minded initiatives as a volunteer with the Houston Humane Society. Her commitment to service is also reflected in her military background, during which she was honored with the Individual Achievement Medal from the United States Army.
Ms. McAnally extends her influence through creative projects as well; alongside Tami Sandlin and Riley Shea Vidock, she co-hosts the podcast Dare to Diva podcast, through which they discuss best leadership practices, female empowerment, workplace culture and more within the transportation industry and beyond.
In her personal life, Ms. McAnally enjoys motorcycle riding, playing coed softball, participating in trivia and spending time with her family. She is happily married and a proud mother of two stepsons, one of whom served in the United States Air Force and the other in the U.S. Navy. Her Air Force veteran son resides with his wife and their young daughter in Boise, Idaho; family visits are cherished occasions each year, especially during the Christmas holiday season.
Determined to further her impact in the transportation sector, Ms. McAnally intends to continue expanding Elan Fuel Services into one of Houston's leading companies before eventually retiring to enjoy quality time with her loved ones and pursue more of her personal interests. Her life and legacy reflect a longstanding devotion to exemplary leadership, family values and helping others through everything she does.
