ISELIN, NJ, October 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pallavi Singh has been recognized for achievements in product management, marketing, business planning, and strategy.

Marked by a nearly two-decade career of progressive leadership and a commitment to empowering others, Ms. Singh has distinguished herself through expertise in user experience, product management, marketing strategy, business planning and digital transformation. Since 2021, she has served as a user experience strategist for product management at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where she shaped UX and product strategy for enterprise supply chain platforms supporting stores, fulfillment centers, distribution operations, last-mile delivery and third-party logistics partners.

Applying human-centered design principles to complex operational environments, Ms. Singh led initiatives spanning product discovery, user research, content strategy, information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing and implementation. She translated users' needs and operational challenges into intuitive, scalable digital solutions that reduced process friction, improved efficiency and strengthened product adoption. Ms. Singh collaborated closely with product, engineering, research, operations and executive leadership teams to align user insights, product vision and delivery priorities. By facilitating a shared understanding of business challenges and stakeholder requirements, she helped multidisciplinary teams identify workflow gaps, prioritize high-impact improvements and advance digital transformation initiatives. She also contributed to product vision, requirements, user stories and roadmap recommendations, helping ensure that solutions balanced associate needs with operational and organizational objectives.

Through her tenure at Lowe's counts several milestones, Ms. Singh's most meaningful achievement to date was her pivotal role in enhancing the work experience for distribution center associates by streamlining processes. She eliminated manual tasks and transitioned teams to user-friendly workflows, applications and mobile solutions. Initially facing an adoption rate of only 30%, she spearheaded efforts to reassess strategies and foster collaboration among stakeholders. The result was a dramatic increase in adoption rates to over 90% after the new system launch, with user experience scores exceeding 95%.

During this time, Ms. Singh actively participated in usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ensure a hands-on approach that gathered meaningful insights from both operations and inventory teams. Her leadership also contributed to the development of artificial intelligence-enabled experiences through knowledge management platforms and training assistants. Notably, she collaborated with product and engineering teams to advance the organization's AI Foundry, supporting the development and scaling of AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experiences. Her contributions included a warehouse management (WMS) assist tool and an intelligent training bot that became a valued resource for associates.

Prior to joining Lowe's, Ms. Singh held the position of business marketing head consultant at FranklinCovey India & South Asia from 2016 to 2017. She spearheaded the launch of a C-suite execution consulting practice; in this capacity, she played a key role in defining the strategic vision, service portfolio and commercial growth strategy for the firm.

Furthering her reputation as a go-to-market strategy leader, Ms. Singh exceeded launch targets within 90 days, accelerating client acquisitions and improving both brand visibility and executive engagement. Under her guidance, FranklinCovey established scalable consulting capabilities that enhanced organizational productivity by 15 to 25% for numerous companies.

From 2015 to 2016, Ms. Singh served as a senior brand marketing manager for e-commerce and omni-channel solutions at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited in Mumbai, India. In this role, she led initiatives focused on brand development and multi-channel integration within the rapidly evolving retail landscape. She initially joined the company in 2011 as a marketing manager, where she ran campaigns that supported retail business and supply chain units.

Ms. Singh began her career as a product manager at Reliance Industries Limited in 2007 before advancing to senior manager of business planning and strategy from 2008 to 2011. During this period, she contributed to strategic planning efforts and developed business forecasts that ultimately shaped the company's direction in competitive markets.

Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Singh has been an active member of several industry organizations including the Women Leadership and Mentor Group at Lowe's, Leadership Management International in India and various women leadership groups also in India. She has also served as a visiting faculty member and mentor to aspiring management professionals at the World Trade Centre Institute and other leading management institutions in India.

Ms. Singh's equally accomplished academic background has played a significant role in her success across multiple continents. She completed an advanced program in retail and supply chain management at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, which provided her with specialized knowledge essential for navigating complex supply chain environments. She also earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and Research as well as a Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Singh attributes much of her success to the strong support system provided by her parents — her father served more than three decades as a naval officer in the Indian Navy while her mother was an assistant welfare officer running programs for war widows — as well as exceptional mentors who guided her through challenges such as breaking through the glass ceiling as one of the youngest managers and a woman leader in her organization.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Singh is known for her civic-minded contributions through support for children's education initiatives in India, hurricane relief efforts and veteran support groups. Her dedication to giving back is rooted in the values instilled by her family's longstanding legacy of service.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions throughout her career, Ms. Singh was honored by Lowe's Companies for exemplary leadership on projects centered around user research and usability in 2025 and received the Women's Leadership Plaque from Future Supply Chain Solutions in 2015.

Beyond her career accomplishments, Ms. Singh places a strong emphasis on empowering her fellow women and investing in people as central tenets of effective leadership. She takes pride in fostering environments where individuals are challenged to reach their full potential by encouraging critical thinking rather than simply providing answers.

Ms. Singh's personal life is equally significant to her story. Since marrying her husband — a successful hotelier and entrepreneur — in 2018, she has drawn inspiration from his courage and risk-taking approach to entrepreneurship despite their differing fields. Together they are the proud parents of one son, Veer, who is considered a miracle child after overcoming several challenges before his birth.

Determined to further her impact in the coming years, Ms. Singh plans to pursue strategic board advisory roles with startups while exploring opportunities to establish her own consulting advisory firm focused on helping emerging companies and technology platforms. She continues to embody resilience, vision and service — qualities that define both her professional journey and personal legacy — while striving to make meaningful contributions wherever possible regardless of time or geography constraints.
