About two years into the field, she discovered a passion for coaching other agents. By 2019, she was leading her own team, and in 2018 she founded Experts Group Real Estate, where she now mentors new professionals and connects investors between the United States and Dubai. From 2024 to 2025, she also served as team lead at Luxury Collective in Rancho Cucamonga, guiding a team in the high-end property market.

Under her leadership, the company has grown across both residential and commercial real estate and navigated major industry shifts, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
